My car was totaled in an accident by a irresponsible young man. I was dreading shopping for a replacement, as I loved the car that was totalled and was not really prepared for the whole experience of shopping for a new one. Fortunately for me, Greg Dawkins at this dealership is the salesperson that assisted me. He made the process much easier that I anticipated and I love my 2021 Buick Envision. I highly recommend Greg if you are in the market for a new Buick!

Brought truck in to get slow leak in tire fixed. They had truck for a week, and then when I picked it up said no leak. I asked them to check it again and there was a nail in the tire. AKA they never looked at it. This isn't the first bad experience. They are extremely slow and unqualified to fix cars

I went in for a repair of a pump that was a common problem on my vehicle, the part was on back order because of the high repair of it..so I purchased the part but was told it may take months but fortunately for me 2 days after purchasing I was told the part came in which was great..I then made an appointment for the repair..the day of service was quick..I expected it would take a couple of hours but it only took about a hour an a half which was awesome..an thru excellent costumer service my handler Ashley (who was also awesome) went the extra mile to see if my repair was covered under my warranty an it was so I didn't have to pay an is also getting a refund for the part because I had already paid for it ..so I had a great experience at this dealership like always been a customer for 2 years..an has always had a great experience.

The Service Department at Todd Wenzel GMC Dealership is way above average! It is clean, organized and offers beverages free to their customers. I mean the staff had me in stitches with laughter. Carson Gandelot was hillarios yet very professional. The receptionist was very helpful and cordial. I have officially found my new dealership! Thanks Todd Wenzel for hiring the cream of the crop! Le ScottRetired from NASA and is known to be a Picky Patty! :)

I took my year and a half old, under 12,000 mile Envision in Thursday morning. The check engine light and check had suddenly come on and the car was JUST in need of an oil change. Later in the day I receive a phone call telling me the check engine light is a module covered under warranty. They then tried to charge me for the standard $200 in filters, and an Alignment? (the car only has minimal miles on it and has no issues with the driving nor the tires).And some kind of fuel treatment. When I questioned the fuel treatment they put me on hold and then told me that the technician said it's something that should be done at 20,000 miles. I was told my car would hopefully be done Friday and they would call. I had a call at 2 PM Friday, get told I would be called right back. I did not receive a callback until after 5pm with no message left. Now my car is there for the weekend and I still don't have an ETA of completion. Monday I called at 7am when they opened. I am told they can not find my account in the system they will call me back. After 9am I call back and am told I was called on Friday to let me know the car is complete. Once again no message was left. Be wary of shady up charges and unnecessary work done on vehicles. Lack of communication is horrendous. Will not return.

My experience was great until my vehicle was handed back to me with a dead battery after the service technician left my lights on all night. No offer to replace it because "it's already on it's last quarter of life."While that may be true, my battery wasnt dead before I dropped my truck off nor did it have trouble turning over as it does now.

Everyone from the team from Nano the GM of Sales to finance team to product specialist team. It was simply the finest most organized efficient buying process I have ever had. I flew in from out of state. A product specialist came to get me bring me to the dealership. Everything was ready for me in finance and with the vehicle. I was so impressed with the team and I know I will be buying my next GMC vehicle only at Todd Wenzel Buick of Westland. Thank you sincerely I am very grateful to you folks.

My sister bought a car from here and they completely took advantage of her. They told her she had 30 days to return the car for whatever reason and we tried to bring it back and they completely lied to us and told us we had to call the bank she financed the vehicle through. We called the bank and they told us “they always do this to us but you have to take the car to the dealership, they are responsible taking it back and following through with their guarantee.” We called the dealership and they told us they would call us back and never did. Mind you my sister is mentally ill! It is illegal to sell a car to a person legally deemed mentally ill! She should have never been given that car! She can barely afford to pay her bills and collects social security for her illness! The payment they set her up with was $633.00 a month! Do not shop her for your next car! They rip you off and don’t care about the costumer. Terrible business.

Hancess was wonderful! She stayed on top of communicating with me regarding new lease options until we found one to my liking. Patrick in finance was great as well walking us through the process and getting me the best deal on added coverages. Can’t wait to return with my husband to get his next vehicle!

Revising my previous review to one star. Car has an issue that's documented in a NHTSA bulletin as part of the transmission, car is still under powertrain warranty, have talked to the salesman who sold us the car, and the service department is refusing to service the vehicle under said warranty or address issues that occurred as a consequence of the transmission issue.Don't trust these guys. Things are great in the sales room, but they won't help a year or two down the line. Will likely need to take them to small claims to get a reimbursement from work performed elsewhere since I'm now hesitant to trust their quality of service if I were to try to enforce the warranty.

The communication with the advisor was poor. The Service Manager never responded/returned my phone call. Also after submitting a complaint online I received no follow up from Service Director. To top it all off when my vehicle was finally properly fixed after empty promises on commitments my vehicle was returned to me with almost 1,000 miles more than what was on the odometer when I left it in care of the dealership. The paperwork said it had the same number of miles in and out. But that can’t be true as I saw who I was told was the tech taking a test drive, on the road with my vehicle. I called immediately and was told it was the tech test driving it. This is my second unpleasant experience with that DealerShip. I will not be returning.

We 1st visited on a Saturday, it was near closing time, and our Salesman Greg Dawkins never made us feel rushed, he showed us vehicles and offered us his card. 1 week later the dealer recieved a new vehicle that Greg knew we would like and he called me right away, it was perfect. Thank you Greg, you made it all run so smoothly.What a Great Salesman and dealership, I would definitely recommend both.

My initial perception of this location was terrible customer service. They aren’t welcoming to guest. Absolutely, no one greeted me at first! A gentleman walked passed quite a few others. May I add who were just sitting around. To come greet me. He sprang into action. He was SUPERB in the handling of my vehicle. I don’t remember his name but, I do remember he had a lot of tattoos. You rock! It was solely you. Who changed my whole perception to this location.

I had an amazing experience at this dealership my saleswoman, (Hances) knowledgeable, accommodating and made my transition easier. I traded in a car and purchased a new car. Hances was on top of things and made sure I was Comfortable and satisfied with my purchase prior to signing the paperwork. 5 Stars for Hances, Customer service was exceptional. The dealership was very clean & had snacks available. Everyone spoke & made you feel welcome.

Made a appointment to take my car in for a five star inspection- meaning a inspection of all the fluids and tire are inspected as well.The serviceI had done included tire rotation, but the tire rotation was not done. The technician said the tire rotation was done but was not. I was not a happy customer. The dealership is Todd Wensil. I will not be going back their again. I would not trust the service department. I hate a liar ?.
