Justine and Justin were a fantastic team to work with. Hands down they provided the best experience I've ever had when purchasing a vehicle. In past experiences, dealing with car sales people and competing dealerships was a nightmare process, taking hours up of my time which could be devoted to other priorities. With Justine and Justine, I told them my car preference/wish list, they met them, gave me the best price out of the gate and made the delivery/paperwork efficient and painless. If you are in the market for a new vehicle, I strongly suggest giving Justine and Justin a call.

My first time at your dealership. I decided to stop in stop in to see if there were any deals on a new truck. I was greeted at the door by Greg Dawkins. Later, that same day, I drove a brand new truck home. Everything went smoothly. I look forward to being a lifetime customer. Great customer service.

Great service on my RV, new tires and oil change, but over charged me on the tires and added 3 percent for credit card then refunded me by check which I haven't received after my visa bill was due. Wish they would have told me up front. Watch out for floors in service area.AlAls

I purchased a car from them a month ago and it was a lackluster experience. The person that sold me the car was nice enough, but the service department literally left cleaning supplies in the car when I picked it up. They didn't have time to vacuum it out either and just kind of dropped it off. I've never bought a car like this before where they really just don't care about customer service. I called the manager of the used car department to let him know that I was having issues with the car already and he literally never got back to me. When I called I was apparently the third person that day that called to talk to him. I wouldn't advertise that as an employee there that people constantly call the sales manager angry. Not surprised though ??♀️

My sales expert Randy Cecil was so helpful! I came in with my current lease car close to my mileage limit, just wanting to discuss my options and left with a brand new lease! He was knowledgeable and he listened to what was important to me. He made the experience pain-free. I would highly recommend him and I'll be back to see him again in 2 years!

Took my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation. And to change mark lights that they had on order for months. After the service they tell me the lights aren’t under warranty my truck has 9000 miles on it and the past invoices states they were. When I got home I looked at my tires which are dirty with dust and the markings on them they never rotated my tires. They charge for services they don’t perform. Take your vehicle somewhere else this dealership is a scam.

Dropping our car off was the best experience I've had at your GMC, or any other car dealership and I don't say that lightly. The fellow working at the desk, who checked me in was very pleasant, upbeat and helpful. It was clear that his joyful demeanor helped the workers around him to have the same attitude.He communicated well with me about our vehicle getting fixed and what needed to be done. Communication is something dealerships tend to lack.I do not have my paperwork right in front of me, but he is the fella who works at the desk, when you pull your car into the garage doors. He is young and has blue eyes.

I have been getting my cars from Todd Wenzel for the last 12 years. I have purchased three vehicles during that time period. I absolutely love my salesperson, Greg, and would recommend anyone to him as he is exceptional. However, the service department does not get my vote for exceptionalism. I had my oil changed, and it was recommended that I have 2 filters put in. The cost was $295.00. This is almost criminal considering the cost of those filters at Auto Zone or O'Reilly's can be purchased for far less. Even adding in the cost of labor, it should not amount to nearly $300.00. I watched them from the service desk, and it took them all of 5 minutes to put in those filters. It is utterly shameful to jack up the cost of what is considered to be simple vehicle maintenance services. Never again!

My car was totaled in an accident by a irresponsible young man. I was dreading shopping for a replacement, as I loved the car that was totalled and was not really prepared for the whole experience of shopping for a new one. Fortunately for me, Greg Dawkins at this dealership is the salesperson that assisted me. He made the process much easier that I anticipated and I love my 2021 Buick Envision. I highly recommend Greg if you are in the market for a new Buick!

Brought truck in to get slow leak in tire fixed. They had truck for a week, and then when I picked it up said no leak. I asked them to check it again and there was a nail in the tire. AKA they never looked at it. This isn't the first bad experience. They are extremely slow and unqualified to fix cars

I recently visited a todd Wenzel to change my transmission oil, and I had a rather disappointing experience. Initially, I was quoted a price of $189 for the total service. However, when the work was completed, I was surprised to be charged $235 instead. This unexpected increase in cost left me feeling frustrated and somewhat misled. While the service itself seemed fine, the discrepancy in pricing was disappointing and made me question the transparency of their pricing policies.

I experienced outstanding support from the Service Department. Jordan Jessee worked very hard to make sure that I was completely satisfied. The team at Todd Wenzel Westland is a group of real professionals! I have only good things to say about Jordan and his team.

I definitely would not recommend buying a used car there. We bought a 2020 Buick Encore GX and were thrilled when we bought it. Within a month the seats started turning yellow like smoke was seeping through and had been covered up with something. I tried cleaning them with Carbana, but the stain was so deep-seeded that I could not get it clean. The car was so uncomfortable that my arthritis flared up terribly. We ended up trading it in at another dealership and had to take a loss on it. But I wasn’t gonna keep that nasty looking car! Don’t trust the finance department either because they were shady as well. No, I do not recommend them!

I went in for a repair of a pump that was a common problem on my vehicle, the part was on back order because of the high repair of it..so I purchased the part but was told it may take months but fortunately for me 2 days after purchasing I was told the part came in which was great..I then made an appointment for the repair..the day of service was quick..I expected it would take a couple of hours but it only took about a hour an a half which was awesome..an thru excellent costumer service my handler Ashley (who was also awesome) went the extra mile to see if my repair was covered under my warranty an it was so I didn't have to pay an is also getting a refund for the part because I had already paid for it ..so I had a great experience at this dealership like always been a customer for 2 years..an has always had a great experience.
