Don’t ever try to call this place to schedule anything. They will put you on hold for a minimum of 10 minutes. Extremely frustrating.

I came in to buy some boxes today, and the manager/employee Paige completely ignored me in the line. She literally did not acknowledge me and I had to ask someone else could they help me. I’ve been here a few times and I have never had any issues, According to your reviews, she seems to act a certain way towards people of color, which was evident when I walked through the door. I’ll go to Inkster next time sadly.

There’s a female in there who is ridiculously rude. She walked up and got in my face today outside when I came to pick up a rental van. I don’t know if she was having a bad day but I have only experienced workers here, so this was very random and weird. the fact she walked up
On me like she was going to do something because I was looking for the vans number i was scheduled to receive and she lost her mind and that is beyond me. I reached out to customer service filed a complaint and they rescheduled the reservation, the woman who had the problem took it upon herself to cancel that one. What a weirdo.

I've been there twice: the first time they forgot to put the hand truck onboard ; the second time was on a Friday, and with three people in line, only one attendant, no movement for 20 minutes....we left.

I’ve used this UHaul location on several occasions recently and have always received prompt and courteous service. Yes, I had to wait in line for a little while but I understand that and take it in stride when there is a steady stream of customers coming in to rent an expensive piece of equipment or a vehicle. It’s not the same as buying a loaf of bread and the time it takes to complete the transaction is appropriate. The drop off took less than a minute on each occasion it was quick and professional. Well done!

The manager is to busy to help a customer is a difficult answer to accept. The guys at the counter were polite and tried to be helpful but Paige apparently was to busy to help a paying customer when she is the only one certified to do so. Not great guys, not great at all.

Great staff...skip the Uhaul app for online pickup and 800 number for anything BUT a reservation. Use the website to verify they have the vehicle you need and go there to rent it.
