The parcel boxes are full more than half the time. Even when they first open. If you prepaid for postage and just want to drop off. Half the time you will have to wait in line any way.

This branch has been under construction for the past 4 to 5 months. Today they could not answer phones or accept credit cards but everyone was patient and quiet.
