Fine for prescriptions so far but gave me a horrible runaround about getting a vaccine. App let me make an appt for a vaccine they don’t stock, which I guess isn’t the locations fault. Told me to come back Monday and they would order one in that delivery. Showed up Monday and another staff member said now I needed a prescription for the vaccine so I wasn’t able to get it within the time frame I could receive it.

The pharmacy needs to do better with serving their customers. My Wife tried to pick-up our son's medicine today. They close at 6pm. She got there and up to the counter at 601pm. The lady behind the counter looked right at her and said nope and pulled down the barrier. Yes I get technically it was past 6 but come on 601. She was in the building at the window. If she was a customer on the store side they would of taken care of her. Ive worked in customer service for over 25yrs and that was extremely poor. It would of taken 1min to pull that prescription.

The cashier Kathy has terrible customer service. I've been going to Walgreens for years and never had terrible customer service.

Walgreens cancelled my order without notifying me. I chose items that were specifically in stock both online and in store and they still didn't fulfill it. The staff at the store were lovely and helpful but I wish Walgreens had a more up to date inventory count to avoid customer disappointment.

Last time coming here! I come here often and there are two older ladies that are always so rude!!! Love Walgreens so I’ll go to a different location. They have their medications in the wrong spot and tried saying customers move them to get that price. Watch your cameras ladies because I grabbed it from the spot that said $17.99. Don’t be sassy with me! I am not one of those people. I’ll pay what I need to especially when it comes to medication for my dogs. Get your stocking and tags right and stop blaming customers!!Also, I order photos all of the time from here. 1 hour photo to be exact.They’re never ready and I have to ask for them. One lady said “did you get the notification that they’re ready?” I said no because I ordered them 3 hours ago. They should be ready. They couldn’t find my photos only to realize that the machine door wasn’t pushed in all of the way.Snarky remarks aren’t apart of customer service. I am the nicest person and very patient but today was the last straw!!

Wow, absolutely terrible service by the pharmacy staff and management. Still don't have my prescription . Management has absolutely zero customer service abilities.

My prescription plan is through Walgreens, so I need to go there for my prescriptions. The pharmacists there are so nasty as I’ve had problems trying to get my pain medication‘s due to no fault of my own. One time my insurance company called and spoke with Stacy about giving me my pills a day early and she refused and even hung up on me. I have had to have my doctor call and speak with her when he changed my meds and upped them a little bit. She would not accept the prescription from him. He had to call. Like she is God or some thing! I am getting most of my prescriptions through Optum RX now. However, I still have to get my pain pills there unfortunately. If I could switch to somewhere else, I would gladly do so. I have my husband pick them up for me because I do not even want to go in that store anymore! If you have pain, do not expect to have any sympathy from the pharmacists. I also had trouble with the other pharmacist there, but I don’t recall her name. Not happy! I am so tired of putting up with people like this, that I had to voice my opinion. I pay good money for my insurance and expect to receive decent service.

Drive through pharmacy is ok. Inside products missing some products. Customer service is nice friendly.

I’ve been using this pharmacy for years without issue. This past year however they seem to have completely fallen apart. I will get the automated call that my prescription is ready only to go in and find out it’s not. The staff is RUDE and I’ve had to explain how my meds are taken several times because the loading dose is on the prescription they keep filling (even though an updated one was sent in). They act like you are inconveniencing their day and lack basic human decency, let alone customer service skills.

This store has terrible customer service. I ordered online from the Walgreens website for delivery. Only part of my order was delivered. I asked door dash, who apparently delivers for them and they said to contact Walgreens. I called Walgreens, was disconnected twice, sent to voice mail twice and when I ask for the manager I was placed on hold until it goes back to the service desk and then I have to ask for the manager again, just to repeat it all over when the manager does not answer the call. The service desk apparently is not able to correct this problem and the manager is not willing. Horrible service.
