This review is split between the store and the cigar bar.Store: Called the store to inquire if they had a torch light for lighting a smoked cocktail. They did have one in stock and the associate over the phone was helpful. However, when in the store one member of staff seemed very shy or uninterested. Cigar Bar: This experience was a sharp contrast. The bartending staff was friendly, outgoing, and made a well crafted whisky cocktail. I was surprised at how vibrant and how many people filled this small bar. It was pleasurable and would return. I wish they had a list of spirits behind the bar. Overall, good times and enjoyed the scent of cigar smoke wafting thru the air.

Great service in the store, came for a single item and they helped me get the best deal, didnt upsell me, and got me out within five minutes. Wild Bill's never disappoints, great place to just run through quick or to find a good, well-priced cigar.

Wild Bill’s Tobacco is a great place for all of your smoking needs! Check them out! This is the best location on this side of the city, maybe even the state! Their humidor & cigar selection and pricing is unmatched. The service is always top-notch. The even have a bar, pretty low-key but nice if you want to pair your cigar with an adult beverage. They have some amazing, cool, funny, and intricate glass pieces that are serious art! I know they have specials every Wednesday and even on some weekends-just ask. If you have friends and family who smoke any of Michigan’s legal recreational substances, this is a great place for about every type of of gift you can think of. They even have Space Gummies and CBD treats for your dog. Ask for Ron if he’s there especially for cigars but honestly the entire staff is really very knowledgeable and super nice. Veteran discount too, great locally owned business.

Decent store & service. Hit or miss on items being in stock. Other items they carry seem absurdly over priced 2K$+ ?? A bit much for a tiny smoke shop.

I was visiting a friend and looking for a place I could get a good cigar. They have a really nice, well-stocked humidor. I would've given them 5 stars, but the prices were pretty steep.

They had exactly what was looking for. I didn't think FLUM was sold in Michigan, but they had it, and they knew exactly where it was.

Bought 2 bags of Wild Bill tobacco. Found that it was stale, dry, tasted bad, and would not roll correctly. Took it back to the store. They would not exchange or refund money. Left the gross tobacco there and let them know I would not be shopping there anymore. So very unethical.

Stopped in one evening to grab a cigar and sat down in the lounge to smoke it. I got about half way through the cigar when they turned off all the lights and told me they were closing early so I had to leave. I was going in at least once each week to get cigars. I'll be shopping elsewhere from now on.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Poor quality products from china. Do not buy any type of vape/battery or anything that could stop working cause they will NOT help you.

This was my first trip to Wild Bill's of Westland. Unfortunately, it will also be my last trip to this establishment. While I was impressed by the selection, the staff and management are another story. After selecting my two cigars, I politely requested that the gentleman ringing up my purchase also refill my butane torch. The gentleman struggled for several minutes to refill my lighter. He even asked a colleague to come help him. Between the two of them, they were able to accomplish this task. I walked out of the store a happy customer. However, my enthusiasm over this business was short-lived. Within a brief time after departing Wild Bill's of Westland, a disturbing incident took place. While I was holding my lighter in the palm of my hand, butane began to squirt out of the refill port. This substance was very painful to get on my skin. I called Wild Bill's of Westland to speak with a manager to voice my concerns over what had just occurred. This gentleman was completely unsympathetic and proceeded to ask, "What are you trying to get out of us?" This comment made me feel that my incident was of little concern to this manager. He also proceeded to deflect any responsibility for the incident with my lighter. But he also contradicted himself when he blamed the butane leak on the fact that they had just hired a bunch of new employees. So, in the same phone call, the manager is both denying responsibility and admitting incompetence at the same time. If in fact it is true that the employees who filled up my lighter were new, why were they not properly trained how to refill a torch? It would seem to me that a business that boasts (quoting the manager) "the biggest humidor in all of Michigan" would train its staff how to handle a carcinogen such as butane safely. Today, I made some phone calls and attempted to figure out what might have happened in my case. The most likely reason for my butane leak was that this untrained employee neglected to release the air from my empty lighter before filling it, in essence creating excessive internal pressure that led to butane getting on my hand. In closing, despite its marvelous selection, Wild Bill's of Westland is not a great place to do business. They did not care about my safety or well-being. There is no reason given the awful phone call that I had with management to believe that things will change for the better. In fact, during a conversation with an independently owned and operated (non-franchise) cigar shop in neighboring Canton, the proprietor informed me that many of his customers were former customers of Wild Bill's who were unhappy with the service provided. I did not want to write this review. I don't like speaking negatively of any business. But I have never been treated so poorly in my life. Thank you for taking the time to read my review.

Bought a $40 concentrate grab bag and only one of the items in it was for concentrates. Honestly want a refund, I am very irate right now.
