“My truck is 9 years old and never been worked on other than oil changes and wheel rotation.
Righters did an inspection on the car and identified several areas of normal wear and tear for a truck with 66,ooo miles on it. They then put in new front wheel brakes and front end balance. The front end no longer sqeals and this was all done on the same day. Righters was very professional and tmely in every thing they did. I got my truck back the same day and I am very pleased with their work. I would highly recommend them”

I called around local garages and Pitchford Automotive was the only garage to give me a starting estimate over the phone. VERY Convenient! They where able to handle all the hassle of the towing of the car to their garge and include it on my finale bill. I was informed by Tracy that they where very busy and would try to squeeze me in when they could. Tracy was very professional and kept me informed and they repaired my ball joint issue ahead of schedule. Very happy with my estimate, repair time, customer service, and my finale bill. “Joe Russman is not only an excellent mechanic, but a truly kind human being who goes out of his way to help. One week ago, my car died while traveling across the state, and I was stranded at the Portland rest area. I called several shops, but only Joe had any compassion, saying "if it was me, I would want someone to help." He was just as swamped as everyone else, but he has a heart, so he fit me in. It turned out to be a broken serpentine belt that caused the alternator to stop working. Joe quickly ordered the part, replaced the belt, charged a fair and honest rate, and even offered helpful advice on upcoming maintenance needs for my vehicle. While there, I enjoyed conversation with the lovely lady in the office, and even bought some beef from his cattle ranch, while is situated behind the shop. I recommend Joe as a highly skilled, honest, and caring mechanic. You can't go wrong with this business.”
