I called around local garages and Pitchford Automotive was the only garage to give me a starting estimate over the phone. VERY Convenient! They where able to handle all the hassle of the towing of the car to their garge and include it on my finale bill. I was informed by Tracy that they where very busy and would try to squeeze me in when they could. Tracy was very professional and kept me informed and they repaired my ball joint issue ahead of schedule. Very happy with my estimate, repair time, customer service, and my finale bill. “Bob is the Master mechanic who always works on my car. You will not be disappointed to use the Davison service. Gary is the owner and very laidback, always in for a chat. Doug is the other mechanic and does his own thing. Just no nonsense honest and very reasonable, this repair shop know their knowledge So today May 6 - 2021, early morning I called Bob and told him my issue with the car a shattered serpentine belt, and I asked him if I could come in the same day and morning to install a New belt. No problem was his response, I told him that I have it towed to him. (So on a sidenote " Verizon Road side assistance " is another Great service. I pay a small amount every month, but when you need them it is a great service and a comfort to know you have this service) So within 30 minutes Peter arrives from H &H towing who drops my car and me off at Davison car repair. Bob right away starts working on my car and I also asked him if he could fix a small exhaust issue, and again no problem, just a new belt and flex manifold replacement and I am back on the road the cost a fraction of what dealers and more Fancy garage repair shops charge. It's about the repair and everything around that is not important for me. Again Great people out there in Eagle and very Worth giving them a call if you don't want to overpay for a repair, Bob even gave me a 27 dollar discount, Cash is King.Services: Exhaust”
