Store is GREAT!!!! Young cashier, maybe 19-20 with glasses (sorry, didnt catch her name), was extremely RUDE and over stepped her boundaries. Customer service is definitely not her line of work.

Very rude cashier. I was very disappointed in her customer service skills as i don't believe she even has any. No name tag so I wasn't able to get her name. I usually ignore, rude ignorant behavior. But hers was so bad, I had to come on here and report it. The manager In charge, clearly could hear and see her behavior was ridiculous and out of line for no reason all. But she just stood there. Me and my family will not be returning again and it's been reported to corporate as well. Hire decent people please who deal w public on a daily.

Employees never want to help. Something is always broke with the registers so you never know if you can use your card or not. Don't recommend this store!

Store was a complete mess!!! I am in a power wheelchair and approximately 80% of the aisles I was not able to go down. This is illegal. I should be able to access every single aisle every single day.
Spoke with the district manager and her only solution was to come back tomorrow or to have a personal shopper.
I like to do my own shopping. I don't want yet another person touching any item I buy with the pandemic.
She is aware of the laws because she said the dimensions of travel in the aisles to me but clearly broke those laws.
I just want to be able to shop like everyone else. Clean up your store!!!!!!!

Employees make a business. 3 ? is acceptable. Please provide what your employees need to be better equipped to offer better services. You could screen better and provide more staffing so thier not always stressed out. Or training on how to handle customers...occasionally you'll get a problem customer and is OK to ban them...Just so you know it effects your business in the form of sales. A couple of times of less than exceptions,one customer could mean 100's of dollars spent at Meijer per week/month....but if that's OK with management it's oaky with customers.

Based on my experience, Store is usually acceptable when walking in based on appearance and cleanliness. Customer service could use a little help with interacting with patrons by way of friendly service, reminders of promotions and offers. Since this particular area is limited with vendor options, returning to this store is a must for most in the area, Fortuna though it's not so terrible I refuse to go there.
