NEW LADY TERRIBLE! Super rude, no help. Couldn’t help with basic information, don’t know her name, definitely don’t recommend for anyone looking for help, or anything in general. If there was a zero star option, she would be receiving that. And that would be generous. I’ve always loved Rosenberg,(not anymore)if you need help try and find Eric.

The woman with the red hair is absolutely the worst at customer service. She’s rude and cannot handle when it’s busy. Rather than apologize for being rude she turns it back on the customer. The Rosenbergs built a great reputation and friendship with the community. This woman wants non of that.
Charged me twice the price for drill bits then when I went back to fix the cost she acted angry and didn’t wanna even talk to me. Thankfully Eric was there to rectify the issue like a professional.

Great store for those items you wouldn't expect a neighborhood store to carry. Needed 3 specific, double SquareD circuit breaks, electrical knock-out reducer bushings and B/R/G #6 THHN wire and they had it all in stock. Not to mention, they still had stock left! It's just crazy they had the oddities I needed! Would much rather shop here than at the Big Box Stores. Renewed my faith in local shopping.
