While at the att store in white lake m59 store my wife and I could not have been more disappointed in the quality of service. My wife's phone had started to reboot in the middle of the night. The phone went over and over trying to restart, the battery got so hot we couldn't even touch the phone. The phones battery finally went dead. We exsplained all this to the att rep. Only to be told he can't do anything to help us becuse it appears to be a manufacturers issue and not a att issue. He then told us we have to take the phone to a service center. Frustrated we left the store and drove to a service center only to be told the only thing we could do is to reset the phone. This idea seemed to be something att could have help us with (like many times in the past) the long and short for me is why do we need a att store if you no longer service the products that you sell? We can make the same purchases over the internet. Att sorry but you have lost our confidence.

Thomas, same thing happened to us.
We were told we were eligible for free promotion phones. Turns out, sales guy was wrong. The promotion had ended, so we are now stuck with $2000 in phones. We were lied to, and no one at AT&T will help.

Excellent experience this evening. Had an iPhone 12 Pro Max to trade in. Both of the employees who helped us were very helpful. I had many questions and a couple complicated requests, everything was answered or fixed by the team. Ended up trading in the 12 for a 15 Pro Max, the team set up the new phone, put the screen and camera protectors on for me, and got my phone completely ready. I was able to use my phone as I walked out the door!Highly recommend this location!!PS- Bonus: if you need to wait for your data to be transferred or family to make a purchase they have a couple comfy chairs and direct tv set up. :)

These people are liars! They lied to me about doing a trade in deal for an iPhone 14, scammed me so now I’m paying for an extra line on my plan which is now an extra 200 dollars a month, canceling ATT phone and internet. I’ll be making my move to Xfinity
