Today I went with a different vehicle, the oil change light was on, he opened the hood checked the oil and showed me that there was fresh oil and then he reset the oil change light for me. Great, honest, man. Great place to go, convenient right off Dixie, I highly recommend!”

I prefer to use my quarters however the payment by card is an option as well. $3.50 per transaction …shows up as $10.00 but within an hour or so card is actually only charged the $3.50. “Sometimes the best way to find out about a business is when you have an issue. During a recent visit, I had an issue, and I reported it to the office. While the manager was not in at that time, he called me back the next morning when he arrived at work, and we scheduled a time to meet to discuss my concerns. When I stopped to see him, he was very professional, courteous and showed genuine concern for my situation. We determined a resolution on the spot, and I walked away a very pleased customer. I buy the monthly pass for both of my cars, and I will continue to do so for the foreseeable future. It seems like "customer service" is rare these days, but Joe from Futuristic proved it is alive and well!”

I called and left a message and the owner called back the next day sorting it all out. Shows up on your charge as $10 but when it post it charges the correct amount. Great DIY car wash.”

“I took my car here today to get a full detailing inside and out. Chad did such an amazing job that my car looks like it just came out of the showroom. I even had a spot of sap or something like that on my driver's side door that they were able to remove as well. “The guy that was there the day I went was very kind and observant. He must've seen me move from one shampooer over to the other shampooer bc the one I was at was not working properly. But then that one started doing the same. Before I knew it he was right there asking if everything was okay. I explained what had happened and he fixed the issue. It just needed more soap and all was good. He even put in a few dollars into the machine. Oh and the prices were great. I'll be cleaning my car there from now on.. “Used to love this place. I would pre-pay. I'd buy 10 car washes, they'd give me 11. The savings was so significant I could afford to give the employees bigger tips ( usually 5 to 10 dollars). Today I gave him $5 and he said it wasn't enough. The car wasn't even dirty but he remembered I gave $6 last time I was there when the car needed to be washed. I won't be going back.
