“Usually when I go to use it there's a line to wait 2 to 3 cars. Otherwise works well, sometimes takes longer than expected to switch from water to soap or back to rinse eating up some of your wash timer but at least its reasonably priced, and one of the few manual washes still left.”
“Just rebuilt and the monthly wash package is worth while. The staff try very hard to keep the line going during rushes. The new machinery does a great thorough washing.”

“Open 24/7 nice and clean. They also have a EV charging station. This has diesel ⛽ but no truck parking in the lot. Great place for your morning coffee, and they have many snacks choices. Free air for your tires, they also have a oil change service. The lighting in the lot is great too.”

“I have seen this particular car wash location change hands a couple of times. My daughter even worked there for a short time at one summer and had a nice experience. I am happy to see that this location has installed automated cashier machines so choosing your car wash is a pretty simple deal, but there is always an attendance standing by in case you have trouble”
“I would like to state that the Manager Samantha and staff at MCC exhibited the highest of integrity. During my 2 months of using Motor City Carwash. An issue arose that needed the attention from the Manager (Samantha). After genuinely listening to my concern, Samantha promptly researched my concern and agreed with me. She immediately resolved the matter to my fullest satisfaction. If ever I’m back in Wixom (from Texas) I will definitely be using Motor City Carwash again.”

“The guy that was there the day I went was very kind and observant. He must've seen me move from one shampooer over to the other shampooer bc the one I was at was not working properly. But then that one started doing the same. Before I knew it he was right there asking if everything was okay. I explained what had happened and he fixed the issue. It just needed more soap and all was good. He even put in a few dollars into the machine. Oh and the prices were great. I'll be cleaning my car there from now on.. Thanks for being fairly priced while the rest of the world uses inflation to their advantages”

“Coming through out of town and needed a wash! It’s an auto wash but they have two men doing a pre-spray and it was so thorough! You can tell they care and are really wanting to give great service. Then there is a man to dry off at the end! So many places like this you find half hearted workers that could care less- but not here!! Who ever is managing this place is hiring great people! Thanks so much! This was a refreshing experience in a day and age where hard working service workers are rare!”
