I had a really great experience at this CVS store. There were many options for me to select from the shopping categories that I came for: shampoo and holiday boxed candy gifts.

Went in to pickup a prescription today. Showed up to the pharmacy at 1:27p and all the gates were down and they were already closed. They supposedly close for lunch from 1:30-2p, but were closed before I got back there prior to 1:30. Not my best move to show up that close to their lunch, but what’s the point of having posted lunch hours only to close early? On a side note; The woman who usually works the register in the afternoons is very nice and pleasant.

Called the Pharmacy around 5pm today. The women that answered was rude and unprofessional. Answered the phone with hold. Didn’t actually put me on hold had me listen to what sounded like messing with papers, key board, was either eating or chewing gum. Was short with me. I couldn’t finish my question before I got a very rude no. Even hung up as was still speaking. I get we all have bad days but she was at work and should remember that part of the job is helping people. whether in the store or on the phone. I hope the store and/or the company records their phone calls so they can hear for their selfs.

This CVS is by far my favorite. Between the workers and the items that are always in stock, I wouldn't choose a different CVS. The store manager is a hot chocolate man

The store itself is nice and the drive they is convenient, but this store need a better handle on mental health prescriptions, my s/o and I are CONSTANTLY having issues with our meds/refills here and the doctors office doesn't know what to do at this point aside from have us go to a pharmacy farther from our home.

After a recent doctors appointment I realized I hadn’t updated my pharmacy and my prescription was sent to this location. I no longer live in the area, and when I do go for a visit it is 2 hours round trip. I called the store prior to going and explained I hadn’t heard if my prescriptions were ready and if they were what were the weekend hours to pick up. They said they were ready and provided their hours. Great, see you this weekend. This evening I pull through the drive through and go through the normal motions. The pharmacist on duty explained they had sent my medication back because I didn’t pick them up fast enough. I explained I don’t live in the area any longer and how would I know if they were ready if I wasn’t contacted? Wouldn’t it be common courtesy to call the patient and give a reminder? Even just leave a note from my Mid-week call that I would be in over the weekend. Unfortunately this pharmacist was pretty cold hearted and explained their “policy” and that I would need to revisit my doctor. Absolutely wild I’m extremely frustrated that the customer service received at this location has gone out the window. Better off doing express scripts than dealing with the “not our problem” attitudes.

There are other pharmacies more conveniently located to me, but I drive out of my way and will continue to do so because the pharmacist (Moe), and because pharmacy staff is patient, friendly, and helpful. I have been to other pharmacies where the staff makes you feel like they don’t appreciate your business. Not here. I have been going here for years and have always had great customer service!!!

A CVS pharmacist falsified my Covid vaccination records and I cannot get the record corrected by any means. There is a disconnect in their system, so an incorrect record must stand forever.First vaccine August 13. Second vaccine September 7. (Both 2021).That first vaccine is recorded on my CDC card, but not in the CVS system. The second vaccine was recorded correctly.During a subsequent visit, the same pharmacist added a November vaccination date in hopes of helping me. It was fraudulent manipulation of records. Now my record states that I have two second doses, but never a first dose. This matters because I travel for my job, and I need the CVS generated QR code to prove my vaccination status. I must quarantine 2 weeks in many countries because I have no QR code. Gets very expensive and time consuming. You need a first and second dose for the CVS system. Two second doses don’t work. Nobody has been able to help. Hundreds of hours have been spent trying to sort this out, in person and on the phone. Ever try to get a live person when calling CVS? Now I am out of the country, and can’t even access the CVS or Care.CVS sites.CVS simply does not care about their customers. Find somewhere else to get vaccinations and do your shopping.

Dr Mo is absolutely wonderful. He is personal, caring, very professional and has always helped my family. I have even called with medical questions and he has always taken my calls and is very knowledgeable. I am very thankful to Dr. Mo for being there

Love the people but I don’t want to deal with the CVS phone system. Between the texts and the telephone prompts it’s horrible.
