Was in this store on 5/31/24. I had a large blister on my foot so instead of wandering aimlessly looking for the one thing I needed I asked the cashier (who was just straightening stock) hoping she could narrow it down to an area or aisle... again my foot was injured, I had a large blister so I was limping. I said excuse me a few times and she finally turned her head to look at me... slowly as if I was a huge bother. I asked my question and she said didn't know where my item was. I thanked her and moved on. I never did find the one thing I needed but in my wanderings, I did find a few bags of chips and snacks for my BBQ the next day. I also found some clear packaging tape and some cute solar garden stake lights (8). When I got to the cashier it was the same lady from earlier. She asked if I found everything I was looking for and I nicely said yes and with a smile I said except for the one item. She began to ring up the clear tapes and put in bottom of the bag and again asked if I found everything I wanted and so I just said yes this time. Then while she was ringing up my bags of snacks, she asked me a third time if I had found everything. I said you've asked me that twice already and I've said yes. She stopped everything she was doing and literally just stared at me for at least 5 seconds very rudely. I was by then getting bugged by her coldness and I said you asked me that 3 times already. She slowly looked away staring at me while she did. She began ringing the rest of the snacks and when the bag was full to the top she started jamming a couple of the garden stake lights in with the crushable chip bags. I politely said to her I'll go ahead and take that bag from you now. She said not a word but just stared at me aaaagain. She started to put another light in the bag and I said I don't want those in there. She snarkely told me to WAIT and I said I don't want those in that bag you'll crush my chips. She stared aaaagain at me as she took them back out and handed me the bag, still staring at me. She began filling the second bag with the garden lights and the ends of the stakes began stabbing the bag and made a couple holes. When I tried to point that out she said it's fine. I asked for that bag before she put any more in and again she rudely stared at me and without breaking her stare she handed me the bag... proceeded to ring up the last few lights while she was still staring at me... but this time she held up each item before putting them in the bag, mockingly asking me, "is this OK... is this OK.. is this ok????".... and I said your kidding me right? I said I'd like to talk to your manager (who was ringing up customers at the register behind me and had his back to all this). He heard me when i asked for the manager and he literally said, "She's fine she's just doing her job". And I said to him you haven't seen the looks and silent attitude she's giving me!! As I was leaving, the manager came over and said OK I'll listen now...I began to explain... but he cut me off and said OK I have a way with dealing with this internally, so thank you. It was like he was covering for her or didn't want to get her upset... maybe he knows how she is and didn't want her to cause any more of a scene is my guess. Well until that woman is gone I'll be finding another store. She definately has the evil eye stare.. something isn't right there.
Her name I was told by the manager is Smitty(?). Funny when I asked the cashier for her name (her name badge was conveniently tucked behind her apron), she just stared at me and said you don't need to know. The manager reluctantly gave me her name when we talked. So wondering if it actually is Smitty. Needless to say, very rude and bad experience here.

I've been here multiple times and most of the people are really polite except for the older gentleman. He gets upset and sighs loudly when it comes to doing his job. Also, I was confused on pricing so I asked a simple question nicely and he decided to argue with me and be rude about it for no reason.

for some reason i had to wait 10 minutes until somebody saw me and came to the register but it dont matta cause its the dollar store

Woman at register looked right at myself and my kids and said 'no public restroom' when we asked.They have one. She just didn't feel like getting the key. The angry bitter tone she used was totally unnecessary.

I could not find what I needed. The eyewear racks are picked over and in complete disarray. I knew they raised their prices from $1 to $1.25 since covid, but NOW I've found out at checkout time that not only are their items not all $1.25 any longer. Some items are $1.50 each, but I didn't see any for that. They do now have items that are $3 or $5. They are no different than Five Below and Dollar General now. Retail markups are ridiculous these days. Not happy with my visit.

Came to the store at 3:30 Sunday says open until 6pm store manager screams out the door to me IN THE PARKING LOT we are closed in a very rude manner!!!!!

They are always friendly and kind they don't over pack my bags the only thing I dont like are the poles on the carts sometimes I buy alot and need to take cart outside to my car get rid of poles I am 79 and have a bad knee

The manager is great, she’s always very helpful and greets everyone. However, Abby is terrible her attitude is absolutely horrible. Everyone else who works there is great but, idk what’s going on with her. They don’t need to have her at the register if she’s just going to be rude to customers it’s absolutely insane how she acted today.

I go here for 2 reasons and they have it every time.
