The staff were amazing, prompt, and professional. The reason for 4 stars not 5, is the choices were a bit limited, however, the staff can order it for customers online quickly.

Had a great experience, ordered shoes for my kids online and one didn't come in the right size so we drove up there to return or exchange. The staff was great! Spent time talking to us and trying to find my son the shoe he wanted. After not finding anything he really wanted she was able to order the shoes he wanted in the correct size and had them send to our house for us. Very helpful

Small store, but the employee was super nice and helpful. It paids to have rewards because I got 3 pair of fall shoes for under $5.00

Make sure to check the nearby Meijer for their shoe sale where you buy one and get one for a dollar.

Awesome place. Had my shoes I wanted and was able to get help to order another online they didn't have in my size. Employee was so helpful and fantastic! Definitely knew her way around.

While shopping for shoes for Prom, we were getting discouraged because we couldn't find the right shoes and had been to multiple stores. I never thought to check Famous Footwear. I guess I thought they were all sneakers and stuff. We popped in while heading to a store in the same plaza, and she FINALLY found the perfect heels. I was shocked that had such a good selection of dress shoes. The staff was really friendly and we enjoyed the atmosphere in the store.

I was looking for Vans tennis shoes and was surprised this store had them black and white checked. I ordered a second pair and the staff was so helpful doing that for me and checked into other colors for me. Thank you great customer service....
