Employee was of zero help. She did not know how to use the computer at all to login and forced me out at 6 right on the dot when I asked for just 2 more mins to receive the confirmation email from FedEx. Very rude, unhelpful and pushy.

Used to love the service here. Employees now, Mike particularly, is extremely rude, pushy and comes off as if the customers are a royal pain and he's miserable at his job. The woman who works has to be asked simple questions in 3 different ways to understand and answer ...if at all. I've tried different days with no luck. Everyday is a bad day for these folks. Finding new location.

Avoid Aaron at this location. He's demeaning and unkind. The lady that works around lunch time on weekdays is a gem.

Any time I realize a package I order from Amazon is going to be coming through FedEx, I immediately regret my purchase. Packages through FedEx NEVER make it to my home, and it is always conveniently the "sender's fault". Which is interesting, considering this has happened 4 times through them, and never once through the USPS or UPS.
