I came here to Flagstar Bank. I came here to open an account because Chase Bank couldn’t. It was quick and easier than Chase, and to my surprise, they were running a promotion that could increase my bank account up to 250 dollars. Connie was the one that helped me. I would Flagstar Bank over J.P Morgan/Chase if you are getting tired of Chase.

Ordered a new card asked for the same # and the young guy said it would be the same, got my card almost 2 weeks later after he said 5 to 7 days, my new card had a new number which now everything has to be updated. All you can do is say sorry not care and go about your day, thanks for the wonderful service flagstar!

Very friendly staff and great with kids. It was the most family oriented banking experience I have ever seen. They made it much easier than I would have thought possible. They know their stuff. Highly recommend using Flagstar for any banking needs.

Paige is awesome!!! She couldnt have done better! Been to a quite a few banks and dislike every single one. Except this one. Everyone was super friendly and made me feel welcomed. Not a burden or "oh man I have to work" vibe.

I have been banking with flagstar for 15+ years and have always had good experiences. There have been a few rogue branches that I have visited that were not the best but that has to do with the staff. The manager Nicole at this location is excellent! I have contacted here with any problems I may incure and she always is able to rectify the situation. The rest of the staff is great as well. For those that have had a bad experience I say give Nicole and her staff the chance to show you there professionalism and concern with your banking needs.ðŸ‘

Horrible Customer Service! They care absolutely zero about the Customer and their needs. For example...My job has crazy hours, especially in the winter time because I shovel and salt. So I always stop and deposit my pay checks into the ATM at the end of every snowstorm. This morning around 3 AM was no different; except for the ATM ate my Debit card and I couldn't deposit my check and now I don't have my debit card to use. So I call the bank just now at 8:30, I understand they do not open until 9. But someone is there they answered the phone. I explained my situation to them and the fact that I got to be back to work at 9 and asked if there was any way they could go ahead and get me my debit card out of the ATM so I can buy gas and food for work this morning. NOPE wouldn't even consider it. What about good customer service? When I worked in Customer Service I treated every situation how I'd want it to be handled if it were me. Really lady whoever you were that answered the phone would it have killed you to take 3 minutes to open the ATM and get me my debit card? This isn't my first experience with bad customer service! I loved this bank at first bc of the convience of the location and the and their ATM. Its just the lack of compassion for people and their money that really erks me.
