In and out in about 30 minutes to buy everything we needed (except the hanging hardware) to build 2 barn doors with hinges for even easier access. My DIY helper then built the doors in about 5 hours. Changed my kitchen after many years.

Always have what I need. Fast check outs. Prices are higher than Lowe’s but cheaper than Ace’s. So a good median. Lately all the staff has been very helpful. Their holiday decorations always look nice and updated every time we go in

In my experience the staff at this location do not give me the helpful friendly vibe. For example today when I ask an employee if they have glass cutting they respond with no they're a warehouse like that was a dumb question and I should know home depot doesn't have glass cutting. What even is a warehouse? I looked it up and no home depot isn't a warehouse. They offer other services including cutting wood in store. The employee didn't even volunteer that they sell glass without me apparently pestering him further. On a positive note the store is well stocked in white lake.

$1200 firdge delivered damaged, dents on stainless and big crease in the back. There has been 3 wrong fridge deliveries and today 4th try, we got an email saying it was delivered but no one showed up, even after confirming the time yesterday. Going on our 5th day of missed overtime at the next try, and this $1200 firdge has cost almost $2k in wages. Today a customer service rep laughed at us, and made us seem like a problem. This has been a nightmare, and unforgiving.

I recently had an amazing experience at Home Depot that I feel compelled to share. On the first day of school, I found myself in a bit of a crisis. My ring had slit my finger, and I was unable to get it off. I was in a lot of pain and really stressed out, not to mention I didn’t have the time or money to go to the ER.
I decided to stop by Home Depot, hoping they might have a tool that could help. To my surprise and immense relief, a very kind man working there immediately offered to help. He carefully and skillfully cut off my ring, freeing my finger and saving me from what could have been a much more serious situation.
I am incredibly thankful for his assistance and the outstanding customer service I received. The staff at Home Depot went above and beyond to help me out in a time of need, and I couldn’t be more grateful. This experience has truly shown me the value of having such dedicated and compassionate employees. Thank you, Home Depot, for your exceptional service and for turning a stressful situation into a positive one!

White Lake Store and Pontiac Stores are the best! White Lake Store always answers my questions and helps daily with all of my needs for my home renovations. Patrick Higgins went out of his way to find a product that would help with the completion of my new shower. The managers and all of the staff are incredible personable and professional people. I am always happy when it time to go to Home Depot!

Home Depots cheap spackle $6, same thing at the dollar store for $1.25. Their cheap rollers $4, same thing at the dollar store $1.25. Plastic sheet for the floor $3, SAME THING AT THE DOLLAR STORE $1.25! SAME BRAND FOR ALL OF IT! BIGGEST SCAM EVER!!!

Hardly any employees to help out. When I did find someone to help they had no idea as to what I was talking about when I needed to find brick mold for replacement on a door. They didn't even know what this door trim was. I very much dislike Home Depot but just my opinion.
