I haven't been here in years and came here recently. Very impressed! Very organized and felt it had a better selection than the White Lake Kohl's. Just have to be aware that different brands here have different sizes.

Store staff was really rude, I was judged immediately. Since I'm male interested in buying womens lingerie. I don't know all my sizes to order online. So wanted to try a few items so I had sizes .was told I couldn't do it. And pretty much told to I had to leave ??

Tidy! Helpful and understanding sales staff! Went in for my elderly mother with dementia to buy some comfy pants. I brought a pair that fit her I was so frustrated at the messy store up the road. I was greeted upon entry and asked for help. It was great. My day totally changed with a little kindness and attention. Thank you. Will be back for myself when I have time!

This JCPenny was kind of crazy this time we were there. Normally at this JCP has racks of clothing ALL OVER THE PLACE! This particular visit was a similar experience with racks of clothing all over. The only problem with this was that it seemed like most of the racks of clothing had "OLDER CLOTHING ITEMS!" Not only did the clothing look like they were older back stock that was sitting around for quite some time but it also looked like the clothing items were aimed at older individuals.

We recently ordered a King power base and King and Queen Mattress from JCP. We enjoyed our experience IN THE STORE. Approx 8 days later the delivery truck shows up and NO Queen Mattress on the Truck. Since then it has been a nightmare, we cancelled the Queen Mattress order yesterday because of gross incompetence outside the store. Customer service has a standard answer, "Here's a $200 Gift Certificate and we'll update you in 3 business days" After TWELVE days that get's old. Customer Service AND the Delivery Company are horrendous. I wouldn't even order a pack of gum from JCP today.

The store was clean and well organized and there were great sales but the fashion doesn't quite go with my style. Seems they have a lot for "older" women or teens (lots of cut off midriff shirts) but not a lot of basics were included in the 80% off racks

Shady portrait studio practices. Photographer asked what coupon we had because “she didn’t know what was being offered” and then quickly broke down package prices as she knew exactly what was out there. No thanks, I’ll go to a professional photographer next time.
