I found what I needed on line but when I went into the store I couldn't locate it. The women cutting the fabric was helpful and knowledgeable. The checkout line was long because only one person was working. However, the young man working the cash register was doing a good job and was friendly.

This JOANN'S was moderately busy but the staff that was working was pleasant and helpful. Store was pretty clean also.
