Lisa, a cashier at self checkout is so rude and crazy slow. When she is notified that you need help, I have seen her either ignore, or walk right past the person. When she does finally get to you, she messes up and does not correct the issue, so it takes even longer to check out. She just proves that it is hard to get good help.

Much nicer location than the Waterford location. Not sure why the Waterford location is not updated into the fancy Kroger?

Items are not fresh. Zero care is displayed when packaging items from store. Ready to eat food is not handled safely. Oakland County Health department requires basic cleanliness. Management is not working for the customers best interest. ??

I went to guest services to turn in bottle returns and purchase lotto tickets. The assistant manager Tom was at guest service counter, and he was completely rude. He was mad that the bottle return was folded in half and told me in a rude manner that next time I need to unfold them. I only had a few and it took a second to unfold. An employee reported to work, and she asked where she needed to be, and he was downright rude to her too. He was very inpatient with me as I was buying lotto tickets. I do not understand why he was so grumpy. I did not cause a lineup or take too much time. I was buying a few $10 scratch offs and I just wanted to choose the right ones. He did not need to treat me badly. When I walked away my teen son commented about his behavior too.

I have ordered from Kroger pickup in White Lake many times and have only had a couple positive experiences. Customers are expected to overlook bad experiences right now because they're short staffed. There's only so long this can be used as a reason for inferior service. The last two orders I've cancelled because they delay the pickup time every time I order. If you can't sufficiently provide this service, then why offer it? This is not a review about the employees that are "doing the best they can". This review pertains to the mismanagement of the store and the sub-par hiring practices and the insufficient wage offered to keep good and enough employees. Hiding behind the employees you have who are doing the best they can because there isn't enough staff is no longer going to work for you higher ups who make critical business decisions for your company. Start paying people more money and quit complaining because people aren't flocking to your store to be hired for your crappy wages.

I understand that workers are in big demand right now however this is a Union operation and there should be a part of the union that backs the store with providing quality workers specifically cashiers. If they try to pull somebody from a different department that is of age that person will hide behind the union walk off the job and file a grievance and nothing management can do. Still we have long lines even at self service. People down the aisle to the center of the store.

Love the employees actually feel very sorry for them, have known many of them for over 20 years. The latest Manager in my opinion is not good! The deli has limited hours never know when I can shop get there not open. Goin to buy meat, meat counter closed. Shelves not stocked. Stopped in the one at Crescent Lake Road& Highland Rd.. stocked! Drove from White Lake to Union Lake store for deli. I don’t have time to drive from one store to the next. Awful

I put in an order for pick up in the morning for the 7-8pm slot. I received a call around 3 asking if I would move my slot to the 8-9 but I said no, listing the reasons why I could not. So I kept my slot from 7-8. I let the app know I was on my way 15 minutes ahead of time and I checked in as soon as I arrived at 6:55pm. I waited and watched people arrive after me, pick up their orders and leave for an hour and forty-five minutes. I called them twice during that time period to ask why 15 people had come and gone after my arrival and I was told that my order was not filled yet. They gave a me $20 credit for waiting almost 2 hours with 4 kids in the car, and I myself being pregnant. Beyond angry

Clicklist was so understaffed that I (and about 6 other people, initially) sat in a parking spot for close to (and some of them OVER) 40 minutes waiting for our groceries.

The fact that the bottle return is only open to 430pm is a complete joke. Cans aren't causing Covid!!

Designated shoppers aren't wearing masks or following store guidelines. I actually like this store normally, for the scan bag and go. But today was troubling - I went in at 7am (during the hours for people with underlying conditions) and saw several employee shoppers (I guess for click list?) not wearing masks properly or at all. One without a mask was yelling down the aisle to another employee so it's not even like they were trying to prevent transmission. Other employee shoppers ignore the one way signs - what is the point of having these when the employees don't even follow it??? If you're doing clicklist to protect yourself against covid, I wouldn't trust this store. I know
