The biggest, best Kroger ever!! If they don't have it here, you don't need it, lol!! Seriously though, they have everything! Deli, hot food, bakery, Starbucks, meat and seafood market, cheese shop, beer/liquor, groceries, kitchen items, household items, decor, pharmacy, clothing, shoes.......what more do you need?! And the employees are always friendly! Highly recommend!

Most staff members are rude. They focus more on policing you than offering customer service. They tell you about what they can't do, not what they can. I was looking at meat at the deli counter and one guy came up to me and said very abruptly, "We're not open!" So I asked when they did open he told me he didn't know. The starbucks staff are especially rude. The cheesemongers are very friendly. The check out staff are hit or miss especially at the self checkout. They are constantly moving their inventory around and I can never find anything. I've had staff follow me around and a lot of them will stand in your way while you're trying to shop. Rarely are things in stock for instacart orders. I am really disappointed. I used to like this place.

I just want to remind you old lady managers that the kids that work there are someday going to be doctors and lawyers. You will never be more than an old lady manager at kroger Show them some respect!!!

Horrible people in charge of this place. Shelly, Erin and Kathy should be ashamed of the at they treat their minor employees. My son quit today because he was accused of taking a bottle water??? Then when confronted they changed their entire story. Mind you, the manager who accused him is some creep who’s been busted selling alcohol to minors. It is clear to me that whoever is actually in charge of this location is incompetent.

This Kroger is always clean and fully stocked. Every employee I encounter is so friendly and helpful. There’s always plenty of check-out lanes (staffed and self) open, and my wait time is not long at all. I prefer this store over the Commerce location. I also want to name Todd from the meat department in this review. He stepped in to make sure I was buying the correct item (turns out I initially wasn’t,) so I am very appreciative of his awareness and speaking up. I have been shopping at this location for awhile now and will continue to do so!
