I figured I would save time and pay for installation of a dishwasher. What a huge mistake and terrible service by Lowes. The installer failed to shutoff a valve and I had a few minutes of full pressure water drop into in finished basement ceiling as well as behind all my kitchen cabinets. Talked the store manager who sent me to corporate installation. They told me the install company is responsible and would get back to me within three days. Anyone who has dealt with mold knows you do not wait three days to assess a water issue. Tried to tell him that three days what not acceptable and he hung up on me. I was not even getting loud but he just did not want to hear. Bottom line is I had to do all the work myself. Tried to save two works of install work and instead spent 20 hours fixing a water issue caused by an incompetent installer. Never heard back from Lowes. I doubt I will ever step foot in Lowes again.

I'm updating my review.Do not buy windows and have them installed from Lowe's.Poor communication, after we had initial estimate and paid we heard nothing. They made sure they got there money but told you nothing after that. We had to contact several times to get an answer when our windows were arriving.Finally we get a date of when they should be arriving to the store and then the contractors arrive they asked if the windows have been delivered. Which no they have not. So they are in hopes going to the store to grab them?? I feel this is also a communication issue between Lowe's and the contractor company.This has been a nightmare of a process. I do not recommend getting any service done from Lowe's with how poor communication is. This has been frustrating.

Had a chainlink and privacy fence installed. Installation was okay, took longer than I was promised but they did get out before the snow fell. My low stars come from the return process. I was under the impression the excess material that wasn't used would be refunded to me. Today I was told that basically I ate the cost on 5 4x4's, couple 2x4, 2 metal posts and some dog ear fencing. The concrete was ruined because it took them over 2 weeks to pick up, but not worried about that, but the lumber is expensive, if I knew that I would of kept everything thing for future projects. Very disappointed. Going to back to Home Depot.

I had a complicated appliance order with discounts and rebates and then there was a dreaded recall from GE. Phil in the appliance department was very helpful and then Justin the manager worked his magic to make all the adjustments and ring up the new cooktop, the protection plan, the discounts, the installation. It was very time consuming and complicated but he was sharp. Hoping my installation goes well. Very thankful for staff's help tonight. Everyone was friendly.If I could, I would turn down the music a bit and give more variety, corporate. They're stuck on a rotation of only nine Christmas songs and it's very loud and makes it hard to concentrate.

Avoid buying products from this location! I recently purchased a new dishwasher with installation services. The dishwasher did not work on the first run. A tech was sent back to verify product was broken, which he did. He said he was ordering a replacement product and to reach back out to the store in 3 days, if we hadn't heard anything. Upon reaching out, the store associate was rude and unwilling to assist. At this point I requested a refund, and they hung up. I proceeded to call Lowes corporate, which sent me to the install team, which sent me to the manufacturer. Their expectation was for the manufacturer to send out a tech to fix our brand new washer which has never run. Corporate was called back again and I was advised that the store would reach out in 24 hours. They did not, I called corporate again and was advised they escalated to the store for resolution. It has been almost a month since the dishwasher was ordered. Almost 2 weeks since the product was reported damaged.Keep in mind if you buy a product from here, it may be broken, and if it is broken the company will not stand behind their product but continually pass you off to other departments with no resolution.
