Terrible service. Super slow! 30 minutes to get smoothies. Stay Away if you're even remotely in a hurry.

This meier is by far the worst one in the state, it is constantly reeking of what i believe to be marijuana and the employees are douchebags. They make u feel unwelcomed. I truly believe the manager needs to get a reality check and start taking his job more seriously. What a waste of space!

I've been coming here for well over a decade, and the store keeps on getting worse. I work the night shift so I shop close to midnight when the store closes. Every time I walk in this fat b**** gives me a warning that they are closing soon. The manager is constantly on the intercom saying that they are closing soon. He always lies about the time to gain leverage like a clown. The funniest part is I've never once been inside that store past midnight. I make sure I'm in and out, but the overweight female always has to assert her "dominance" by bossing me around. I'll have to try out the Hartland location.

I lost my glasses this past Wednesday and I went to Deb at the service desk and explain to her how important it was that I find these glasses as they were a $600 pair very expensive to be losing! And besides the point that I could not see without them I’m almost completely blind without them so I was really at a loss! Thank you to Suzanne the door greeter who found them inside of a basket and turned them in. Thank you to your entire staff for coming together to look for my glasses I am so very grateful. I baked them a fresh batch of peanut butter chocolate chip cookies and brought them up to say thank you when I picked up my glasses. Feeling very grateful today for you Meijer thank you for all your kindness, and for going above and beyond.

I think they got Hacked. Paper coupons not working, and cashier said systems are going down often. I believe a couple of weeks ago they double billed credit cards.

Meijer has everything you're looking for - food, clothing, home goods, etc. There's not much more that can be said about the place.

Store is usually dirty and the produce is never fresh. Meijer Associate Melva was extremely rude at checkout. There was 1 cashier lane open and 6 self checkouts at 11:30PM, and this associate proceeded to rudely snark at us about the amount of items in the cart and how we should use the other lane (mind you, all 5 other self checkout registers are open with no line). She proceeded to (rudely) scan our bigger items in our cart without asking and bumped us out of the way to do so. When we told her to watch where she's going, she called the manager to have him watch us continue to check out.. the manager Ron then proceeded to tell her to just "shut off" the machine next time this happens, without any concern for what our side of the story was. Spent thousands of dollars at this Meijer, and now we will not be back. Horrible and rude customer service. You should pay more attention to the dirty shelves, floors, parking lot, and gross produce and meat before hassling one of the only customers in the building on a Saturday night.

Don't come during the week in the evening unless you have a ton of time to spare. Only two registers open with super long lines tailing around the store. SLOW cashiers. Lines don't move. Really come if you have an hour to spend waiting in line after shopping. Your groceries will spoil while you wait.

It's a good place to shop, but lately I've noticed the store is starting to look like the Meijer down in Waterford. It is usually clean and there wasn't garbage in the parking lot. I'm not sure why that is ? I do see different people lately shopping there.. It's a shame when new people come in and dirty your neighborhood !!

I ordered an item online and the only way to get it was pick up at the store. The time slot was scheduled and just before I left home, I was told that it is out of stock, that you don't pull the item when the order is placed. I've never heard of such a thing in today's day and age. Very mickey-mouse way of doing business in my opinion. The order is being canceled and I'll have to try and find the item another way. At least I know not to order anything from Meijer again.

As a first responder on the front lines during this crisis of covid19 the corporation opened its doors an hour early for us to shop without the rush. The staff was kind and working hard around the clock to stock the shelves. Thank you from the bottom of my heart this helped my family so much.

I believe most of the older people are very kind, and mature, but something ive noticed getting worse , even before this insane virus is its hard to find a person in back to help you if you cant find something and there is a lot of gossip on the floor, serious issues, like two young people talking about some employee who got in trouble for stealing or so an so wants to talk to you, and the bagger would sigh and say ive had enough today.. They use to be a lot better at being professional on the floor. But over all considering they deal with a younger not so savi about all that generation they don't do to bad.

Sale items not available at 9:30 on the first day of the weekly sale. Had issue with produce employee putting individual blue berries off the floor back in with the ones on the shelf. Requested to speak with someone in management. No manager on site. No assistant manager on site. No produce manager on site. Garden center employee came to speak with me. His response was meijers requires customers to wash produce before consuming. That a good policy but not in this case. Maybe some common sense. Pick up and throw away the blue berry and not sell it to your customer . I will try to speak with a manager tomorrow. I will repost their response.

The fresh lettuce cooler is ridiculous. Lettuce is Always a wilted mess. I do not understand why store 227 can’t have decent lettuce, Kroger always does.
