Horrible customer service from the staff and the head pharmacist/manager (pierre? I think was his name). They are seriously so unpleasant I don’t understand how they could work in a customer/patient environment and treat people the way they do. Disgusting.

I had an absolutely great experience with this pharmacy. Although they wouldn't transfer the prescription without the doctor calling in a new script, once that was accomplished, they filled my medication really fast & mentioned they were preordering more to make sure I could refill when the time came. They also ran the medication which I've paid cash for the last 10 years through my insurance (even with me saying the insurance absolutely would not pay)... & low & behold... the insurance paid for it! Besides all that they were really friendly.

The staff has been beyond rude at this location. Yes, storage is going on but you don't need to act like we are addicts, and not caring about what is going on. More locations show compassion to their customer than most employees at this location, even willing to call because I'm willing to drive over 4 hrs so I can have a normal productive work day so I don't lose my job during this. When I tell them I know they have it in stock they get all defensive about it wondering how they would even know that, like they did something horrible by telling someone where to get their medication that they have been on to function normally since childhood.

I get messages that prescriptions are ready. I drive up there and they don't have them. Or, they have them but never contact me to say they are available. This has happened many times... The service has gone down hill fast over the past 2 years.

Do not waste your time with this pharmacy. The pharmacist told me my doctors prescription was wrong, and tried to council me haha. Then he would not fill it. I simply left and filled the prescription down the road within 20 minutes. The pharmacist is extremely rude and not very knowledgeable.I only provide this review due to the unprofessional pharmacist, and for customers to avoid wasting their time.

I had to pick up a prescription for my dog Luke. I’d got the same one 10 days prior for my other dog and paid $7. Pharmacy tech in training, Kristen D, assisted me. The price for Luke’s script was $52. Without a word from me Kristen took it upon herself to to try to get the price down. Several minutes later I was charged $4 for Luke’s script! Kristen, Thank you for caring enough and taking the initiative to help. A job very well done.

I’ve been using pharmacy’s my entire adult life living in multiple states. By far, the White Lake Pharmacy has been my favorite. Exceptional customer service and care. The pharmacist always took the time to answer my questions and went above and beyond to ensure family’s medication was filled in a timely manner.Matt, Amy, & Alisa were exceptional. I know this type of work can be grueling at times, however these folks always greeted me by my name with a smile.Thank you for such a great experience these last 6 years!

I get text messages saying my script is ready. I go there and they say they have to order it. Now they tell me my insurance doesn't cover it. Also making me wait 30 days for my scripts. They use to fill them all at the same time. Now I have to go back several times to pick up on different days. My insurance allows my meds to be filled every 4 weeks. 2 days early go back the way you use to be?

Rude and gave me false information. Would NOT recommend a pharmacy that sends texts saying I have a prescription ready for pick up when I get there and it’s not even filled!! On top of that they tell me they will have it filled in 15 to 20 minutes and when I return to the counter the guy says it’s out of stock?? learn how to run a business and tell your customers STRAIGHT UP the issues.

They don’t appear know what they’re doing or there’s very poor communication. Gave them plenty of chances, but every single time there was SOMEthing wrong with my prescriptions. Problems that I’ve never had at any other pharmacy. Problems that no other pharmacy would have. The fact that they have 3 stars is astounding to me.

The pharmacy in White Lake is quick the employees are kind and explain anything that I need to know about the medication I'm taking the one thing they don't have is a drive-thru so that's a little deterring but still work fine if I have to do a little shopping.

It's great if your dropping prescriptions off but if you plan on waiting hopefully you have shopping to do because you will have an hour wait for scripts on average other then that they are great
