“Thank you to the team at this location. I called looking for my son the white Air Force ones. Initially, I was told they didn’t have anymore. Disappointing but understandable due to this being a popular shoe. Plus, I’m looking for it the day before Easter. However, just a few minutes later a salesperson called me back to inform me that they found a pair and to come pick them up. I appreciated them doing that. It made my whole day. It was a small gesture but it meant a lot.”

“I haven't been to kohl's in a long time. I was looking for a particular item, couldn't find it. also couldn't find anyone to ask. That was a little frustrating. Also discovered that they took out all the price scanners. Waited in line for 10-15 minutes because they only had 2 registers open and the customers had some type of issues other than just a simple purchase. This is why I dont go often.”
