Is the owner a little gruff? Sure
Did he do an EXCELLENT job of trimming my motorcycle windshield to my exact specifications and make it look like it came straight from the factory with a beautiful edge? YES!!!
Did he eventually warm up a bit? Also yes

I had a great time working on a project with Greg. His experience and patience really helped. The prices were also great.I called 15 different shops and Soltis Plastics had the best prices, as well as providing an itemized list of costs. Greg also included alternatives when needed. Can't say enough about this business!
