All of the store workers are really nice and helpful. The female manager is great as well. Very clean. Sometimes a little wait but not too bad.

Hiroshi and Eileen went above and beyond yesterday setting me up with my new phone. It was a struggle trying to transfer my phone number over and even though I was in the store for hours trying to figure that out, they had nothing but patience and kindness for me. Thank you guys so much. Definitely recommend this store!

So far very happy with staff and prices. Lots of choices in cell phones, accessories and plans/data. This store also carries WiFi modems for T-Mobile WiFi unlike the Waterford store at Highland Rd and Cass Lake Rd, where staff is horrible and few choices in devices or plans. This White Lake store is a much better location/store for those reasons and more. I'd refer friends and family to the White Lake store. I would tell friends and family to avoid the Waterford store at all costs!

Amazing location, very friendly and helpful staff. I have been going to the T-Mobile in clarkston off sashabaw and this store really took care of me well. Actually helped me out and didn’t waste my time. Thank you guys at T-Mobile by Home Depot in white lake. Stellar service and keep up the amazing work!

After working patiently for an hour to get a new phone, I cancelled the transaction. Not happy to have wasted an hour of my precious time on the weekend. I wanted a specific plan and mentioned it. They lied and told me it was not the price I quoted to them. Instead they bumped me to the highest priced plan and didn't even give me the option to go with the lower priced plan.

These guys are the best! I went to 2 other T Mobiles locations and completely got blown off, whereas these guys actually tried to help and solve the problem!

This store has got to be the worst in customer service in history. I picked up a new phone yesterday and was told that it came with a free promotion that was of no charge to me, and when asked if there was a monthly charge I was told there was not. I woke up to the text this morning from T-Mobile thanking me for adding a fourth line. Ah excuse me? I should only have three lines. I called customer service only to find out the fourth line was for the T-Mobile Sync Tracker that was supposed to be free. I cancelled the line and was told I could return the tracker to the store. Upon arrival the manager told me she would not take it back and told me I was rude and was evil........WTH? I let her know what customer service told me and she literally told me the customer service was wrong. I informed her I was going to file a complaint regarding the issue as well as her and her employee Danial for being deceptive and not up front with there so called promotion. I will never stop at this location again, and would advise anyone else from doing the same. If I could have gave a zero rating I would have.

The manager there signed me up NEVER explained to me how to get my coupon from Verizon to get my balance paid off leading Verizon to withdraw my bank acct to nearly zero money. To young and unprofessional. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED and am even thinking about switching carriers after just one week. Horrible customer service.
