I had comments made to me on a personal level by my hair stylist on more than one occasion. They were unprofessional, inappropriate and unnecessary. I should have left two years ago.She also said there were undesirable people going to Twelve Oaks mall. I put it nicer than what she said because I can’t remember what word she used, but it was derogatory. I was shocked. I thought, again, that was unnecessary.I’ve never had this problem with a hairdresser before. Never. I’ve been getting hair services done my whole life.Services: Haircut

I don't know why I keep coming back here. I'm always disappointed, I've gotten a few color/cuts and it's never what I wanted but the worst is the brow waxes. Not sure if they just don't train their stylists for brows but I swear every time I leave missing a chunk out of my brows and a "clean up" turns into pencil thin brows that are never anywhere near even. Just don't bother

Due to some extremely difficult (and personal) events in my life recently, I had a minor emotional breakdown while I was there. Jennie not only didn’t judge me at all, but she also listened to my problems and seemed like she cared. Then another woman (I think she works at the front desk but I don’t know her name) came to sweep some hair and, despite seeing me looking like an emotional mess, told me I looked beautiful after my haircut. And you know what, I think she really meant it. The kindness they showed to me is more appreciated than they could know. And on top of that, I left with a stellar haircut, as always.Edit: Jennie called me the next day to check on me and see how I was doing. This is extremely thoughtful and above and beyond the line of duty.Service: Haircut

This is the second time I've had my hair done by Kelie and she is just phenomenal. She really listens to what you want and ensures that it is something that will work with your everyday life when it comes to how you style your hair regularly. I love the color and cut. In addition to just doing an amazing job on your hair she is easy to gab with. Highly recommend having kelie as your stylist!Services: Haircut

The stylist I see is fantastic. She is 5 stars, without a doubt. Unfortunately, the shampoo bowls are SO uncomfortable (and they move on me while I'm getting a shampoo). I'm not sure if it's just me, but it's downright painful on my neck and back to get a shampoo, which is supposed to be the best part. The prices go up every time I'm there, which is also disappointing, but I'm too scared to make a switch to a different salon.

my hair was overdue for color and cut. I was so happy with the final product also with my eyebrows being waxed kim did such a lovely job on everything! I'm definitely going back!

I came in for a haircut with Kelly, and I left with the biggest smile on my face!! I got bangs cut, she did an amazing job and was quick, too. She cut them exactly the way I wanted them and they look fantastic. Definitely knows what she is doing. She’s the biggest sweetheart, as well! Had a lovely conversation with her! I've been following Kelly around now she is amazing! Easy to talk to makes going into to a hair salon like visiting an old friend. Cuts my hair and does my eyebrow perfect everytime even when I'm not sure what I want excaltu I can not recommend her enough. 10/10 along with the lla e being clean and so cool looking on the inside definitely will returnServices: Hairstyling

Tantrum staff is amazing. They were able to fit me in at last minute just before this holiday. Kelly did my hair, color and cut. She is absolutely amazing! Earlier in the day my Fiancé went to Tantrum for a Man’a hair cut. Jen H did his hair and it turned out amazing as well. Highly recommend!!!

Kel is Top notch! Great personality, super sweet and she knows her stuff! I drive an hour just to now see her at this location! She listens to my needs and produces a phenomenal result! I will forever continue to go to Kel. She is absolutely everything you could want in a hair stylist.

I went in to get my hair from dark brown to copper red. I had a picture for reference. The hair stylist just put color over top of my dark hair instead of lightning it first. My results were nothing like the picture I showed her. I was also very upset with hair cut as well.

Out of respect for the owner, she is welcome to contact me personally to discuss my rating because I am extremely disappointed in how I was treated, however, I am giving grace and don't want to bash in a public forum. I am very happy to help if she would like to call. Wishing you a great day.Update 4 months later....nothing. So here's the gist. I had 3 appointments scheduled. I was new to the area. The owner cancelled my appointment with her with no notice and sent me to someone else at a different time. I called to confirm and that's when I found out. The next 2 appointments pretty much went the same way. They kept moving me to other stylists even after I tried her suggestion and liked her and rebooked with that stylist. My stylist did elude to issues at the desk, however, I know this is a tough position to fill, so I had patience with the situation until I was called again to be moved to yet another stylist.I called to tell let them know I wasn't ok with that. It was the owner answering the call. She yelled at me and said, "If that doesn't work for you, I'm not going to bother!" And hung up. I never got to even actually say anything. I was literally jaw dropped because I wasn't mad or yelling or anything. Just called to work out the confusion.I called back to see why she was so upset and the desk put me on hold for about 5-7 minutes and then said she wasn't available. I asked the desk what happened and why she flipped out. Their response was, "I don't know what you want me to say. She's my boss so I can't really do anything about her behavior. I'm so sorry. I hope you find a better place."That, was sadly, my experience for simply asking them to stop moving me to other stylists. ?Service: Hairstyling
