“Good place, a lot of cute things. However I get this is a hand me down store, but the dressing rooms need, and should be clean, sweep and mop daily. My niece brought some pink jeans, and they literally looked brand new! But the bottoms got instantly dirty because the dressing room floor was absolutely filthy! Please CLEAN the dressing rooms! It should be a job requirement! ?”

“The selection of items at this store is remarkable! There's a huge selection of high-quality merchandise at incredibly low costs. And the money you spend here goes towards home building and ownership for local families. This is also a very rewarding place to work and volunteer. Candy, Dave, Rich and I are just a few of the great people at this store. Check this store out - you won't be disappointed.”

“Excellent thrifting experience at this store where I had never been before! Found some very cool mid-century modern dinner plates for an astonishingly low price. Things are nicely arranged, plenty of space for browsing, really nice efforts on categorizing stuff, and the folks are very friendly. Would go back in a heartbeat if I lived closer!”

“I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to Dorothy. Her simple act of kindness made my night the other evening. The staff at Grace Center of hope has always be warm and friendly . You walk in and they make you feel you are part of their family. It has become a relaxing way to decompress after a long, emotional work day. Thanks for the fun and my treasures :)”

“I've always preferred this location over the others, but today I had an amazing experience with the cashier Elizabeth! She was so sweet and made my day! Absolutely amazing experience!”

“I like this location and frequently stop in here to donate. Having said that, truly miss the old staff. The man taking donations is nothing like the previous donation employees who were polite and very helpful. He's rude and lazy. The cashier (I specifically asked her name because of this reason) Sherry is a nasty old woman. I have witnessed her at least 10 times being rude to customers or bad mouthing other employees to a customer. While on the other hand changing prices to cheaper amounts for certain customers. I actually complained to the store manager, Angela about Sherry and obviously nothing has changed. Seems she doesn't care what happens at the store. Other then a few bad apples the employees here are wonderful. But what do you expect when you have a clueless manager? Store 5 stars, prices 5 stars, most of the employees 5 stars, 1 star manager and the employees that are bad... Are REALLY BAD.”

“This location is one of the best! Kelsey has the best clothing advice and if you see her while you’re there you won’t be disappointed if you ask her for advice!”

“Recent visit found a clean organized store. They have great jewelry, and housewares. There are specials every weekend and throughout the week. Go for the furniture, which is inexpensive, often modern and gently used. If you see something buy it, it will be quickly snapped up by other bargain hunters. I recommend this location because they are a good alternative to buying new, and recycling saves the planet.”

“Very clean and well organized. Staff was friendly and helpful. Veterans get 25% off with ID every day. I like that they accept donations Monday-Saturday 10-7, unlike other locations that only accept donations on certain days. Closed Sundays.”
