We bought our house in 2021 and there were some windows missing window coverings, so we found Time For Blinds and they came out to our home and measured and ordered what was needed. It was a really great experience. Everyone that I have spoken to at Time For Blinds have been kind (which is really important to me). Amber was my sales rep, super sweet! We ended up getting some work done at the house and the contractors had to take the blinds off from the window. They ended up losing the mounting pieces. I called Time For Blinds to have them send the piece needed and they needed to know which blinds we have so I sent them a picture. Come to find out, these were the blinds that the past owners had bought and Time for Blinds did not sell these blinds to us. However, that being said, Time For Blinds still sent us the mounting piece requested for absolutely no charge (and even sent 2 just in case). How amazing are they!!! Kindness goes a long way and I hope you get many many more referrals from this! Thank you, Baillie, at Time For Blinds.

I have been with Time for Blinds for over 20 years. They’ve help decorate my windows in my home as well as in my work/business office and I am always getting compliments of our window treatments. It is truly a family-owned business! I know the husband, wife and both kids who are now young adults! Wonderful people! Efficient work, great service!

I have used Time For Blinds of White Lake for years, and have always had a good experience. The only downside for me is the $10 charge for every $100 if you use a credit card. I understand the challenges of a small business, but the explanation I received when I inquired doesn’t add up, “the percentage they pay for credit cards, along with the rental of the machine and ink” it just doesn’t set well with me. I would rather see a price increase, than be penalized 10% on every $100 for the convenience of doing business. They’re good at what they do, it’s just a bad look.

We have ordered blinds from them for our whole house and they were amazing. Recently needed room darkening blinds for our living room and went back to them and the customer service and the installation process was just as amazing as 6 years ago. Highly recommend!

Spoke with Hunter Douglas who gave me Time for Blinds as their rep. I need warranty work. Called 3 times - twice leaving a message and return phone#. Also sent an email thru their site. 3 days later and no return call/email. Is this place still in business?

Tried to return $20.00 worth of hardware and denied. Seeing that I wanted to buy window treatment for my entire house in the fall, they just lost a large sale. I will not ever go back based on this experience, it was $20.00!

We were very pleased with the service. The team gave us what they wanted and answered all of our questions/concerns. They delivered on every promise so far and in the time they said they would. I will definitely work with them again on our next house once we finish closing next month.
