The fact that this store does not comply with its warranty agreements is unacceptable. I bought a car battery from this store in 2020, it worked until Feb 2023 which isn't horrible. But there is a 3 year warranty on batteries. I replaced it in Feb. They honored the warranty. The problem now is, the one I got in Feb. Didn't last more than 6 months. I tried to return it today and was denied. They said the warranty is applied to the original purchase so it's more than 3 years. Had to pay full price 159.00. Not my fault the product is garbage.

I'm a local business owner! I had an issue with one of the self-serve machines. When I put $20 in the machine, it instantly jammed and when the cashier called for management (via computer) I waited for 10 minutes and ended up paying full price in hopes I would get my $20 returned. I stopped in many times after that, and spoke to many different a managers and staff requesting my $20 returned only assuming that it would take some investigation time. Fast forward three months later I stop in to Walmart and have to deal with Dawn. She told me that she tried to called me twice. When I asked her what phone number she called, I was told that they ripped up the paperwork and could not confirm the number. I was told that the machine was counted and my $20 did not seem to be in the machine. When I calmly needed more facts, Dawn was condescending and even began to laugh. When dealing with customer service, you need to listen to the customers. It's not that I am going to be broken from $20 but it is my $20. Now, not only did Walmart refuse to give me my money back, but when you go to speak to someone in management they seem too busy outside, smoking cigarettes to even care about the customers, listen nor care is someone is upset. I will be finding other resources for my catering needs . It is a shame that all of this could've been avoided with good customer service.

The Walmart store in white Lake Michigan accused me of stealing my groceries even though the cashier gave me my receipt and I have a bank statement proving that they took the money from my account. They made a false police report against me 8 hours after I had left the store. I spoke to the Walmart director Eric bishop who was extremely rude to me and lied to cover up this scam his number is 734-999-8580. I almost lost my job because of this and they did this in front of my children I'm so embarrassed and terrified to go grocery shopping now. I showed the police all my proof to prove my innocence but Walmart is still falsely accusing me. Please help me get Justice and be cautious when shopping there !

Gone are the days of going to the pharmacy and seeing the familiar face of the our neighborhood pharmacist. I get that to cover the necessary work hours that it takes more than one employee,however, the faces of the pharmacists change frequently anymore. Hours are covered by fill in pharmacists. It's just sad that permanent staff is not available? Mariam the pharmacist is amazing, it just appears that maintaining permanent staff to cover shifts is a thing of the past?

Walmart always has what I need. Their prices are competitive. They could use to have their employees do more cleaning and organizing though.

I just had the rudest cashier ever. I never shop at Walmart and I remembered why. Her name was Coonda (sp?) she was not wearing a name tag so I'm not sure of the spelling. On my way out of the store, I asked another sales associate (Sandy) her name. Anyhow, I will not be back. I understand it's no big deal where I shop but if you'd like a job - Please be polite. It's not that difficult especially when the customer was nothing but nice.

This place is dirty the bathrooms are never clean, the staff are rude even before the pandemic. There is never any help, they don't ever answer there phones in any department. Also there is never any help in any department when your at the store. The lines are always so long!!!

Worst Walmart ever. This Walmart is poorly staffed. Many items are out of stock or otherwise not on the shelves. There are never enough cashiers and the lines stretch to the back of the store. Self-check outs are often closed.

I come to Walmart for almost every grocery shopping trip I make, as I'm a bit lower class and can get discounts and rewards. I just went in today, and only have Apple Pay due to my debit card being lost at this moment in time. After all my things being scanned and bagged, and realizing they don't in fact take apple pay but are able to pay through the Walmart app, I was off to the side standing next to my cart downloading the app, and an older lady (unfortunately I wasn't able to get her name) comes up to me, takes my cart away from me, and rudely announces she was gonna have to take my cart away from me and pushes it about 3 feet away from me. Embarrassed by the fact she was treating me as if I was going to steal in front of all the employees and other customers, I downloaded the app, let the lady know, where she pushed my cart FOR ME to another register, where I quickly paid and left with my head down. I am extremely disappointed and embarrassed in the judgement this lady had on me, considering I'm just more, as you could say, "poor looking", I can't even imagine how this woman treats others who are either a minority or face financial struggles.

who owns this branch of Walmart stores? who removes our lovely greeters from the front of the store??? in this crazy rushed wold its so comforting to be personally greeted after a stressful day in the mortgage world

Absolutely deplorable customer service!! All I wanted was for them to check and see if they had dry ice. They tried to transfer me to the grocery department but both times I was transferred back to customer service. They couldn't even get someone to go check to see if they had any in stock and she said when someone walks buy she will have them go look, then she hung up on me!!!

I ordered a package online and was told to pick it up on tuesday after 6!! I show up no package and Brian the manager of store pickups tells me its not in!!! Tells me to bad , I ask for his boss he tells me he dosnt have one!!! The store is horrible as a company and should just close
