“I wasn't sure of the process to open a new account so I called and talked to Megan at the TR branch. She said just to come down to the drive up window, tell them I needed a new account and they'd do the rest. I never had to get out of the truck. After I left the window Megan met me out front with the paperwork and after I signed, the process was done. Never opened an account so easily. Thanks Megan for all your help!”

“This is a caring bank. They watch out for you. Love they call me when they see something is not normal going on with my account. The only complaint I would have is that the lobby is not open on weekends and they close at 5 during the week. I don't have enough time during the week to get to the closest location by the time they close. On weekends have to use drive up. Other than that highly recommend this bank”
