A decent goodwill location that is clean and keeps a good rotation of items. The prices are going up but that isn't isolated to this specific store.

Me and 2 of my kids paid and went to wait in the car then my husband and other 2 kids walk out and they had given the other kids books so the other 2 were left out. Not cool, cashier lady.

I absolutely love thrifting and love finding neat, cool finds, however Whitehall Goodwill is one of the most overpriced "thrift" stops I make. Super unfortunate. I have found MULTIPLE items with original price tags on it, and there goodwill sticker a dollar + higher? Strange. Kitchen picture priced at $15...USED leggings almost $6, I get "inflation" but other goodwill are not this bad. You can tell this store is competitive to get highest sales for there district.

Shopped at goodwill today. We were accused of stealing because one employee failed to do their job and remove the hangers from the room. Chases us out of the store which is highly illegal because we were out of the store at that point. Not to mention we bought a desk they had to load in the car and they broke the glass on the top of it and didn’t even offer a refund to us. They proceeded to allow my friend to pick up the glass even though she’s the customer and could have gotten injured. They were very displeased we were there past close on accident because we were enjoying shopping after a long couple of weeks. They were making us intentionally uncomfortable telling us it’s 10 minutes past close. Like we get it we are trying to try on the clothes we picked out. I know from first hand experience they shouldn’t be pushing the time on us when we are customers we didn’t intend to be there past time. Very very unprofessional.
