This was from an oil change that Perfomance Plus in Fruitport Mi messed up the stripped my drain plug because they were mad. I want to Thank Chris the District Manager that has worked with me from the time that I had contracted him. And thank you to Adam the assistant manager and Casey the oil technician, they are very courteous and polite. They all went above and beyond. “Never had a bad experience at Millers. Service is always top notch with very friendly staff. I don't think I'd ever go anywhere else. They noticed my car battery bracket was loose and shifting freely on my most recent visit, which they made sure to show me. They took an extra 7-10 minutes out of their time to finagle with it and find the right bolts and screw it back into place for me. Always 10/10!”
