If I could give zero stars I would. As a local business owner, who literally uses the post office every single day, I am appalled by the way I was treated at your location. And what’s worse is I witnessed a couple ahead of me be treated even worse than I was. All I wanted was a receipt for the packages I was dropping off. The clerk acted like it was the worst thing I could’ve asked for. Clerk 5 told me that it’s a counter and we are not supposed to be dropping packages off to her. She told me this as she was scanning my packages and then literally throwing them in the box as I watched her do it. Said We are supposed to leave them at the window. There is no kiosk for me to personally scan them and get my own receipt so I actually need the clerk to scan them for me.. because as a business, I need that receipt to show not only proof to my buyers that the package was dropped at the post office on time, but also as a receipt for tracking my mileage. After reading reviews, I see that it’s not just a bad day she had but more an issue she has with scanning packages and giving people receipts. If your location does not want to hand scan packages when they are delivered to the post office then you guys need to get a kiosk where customers can do it themselves or retrain your clerk on how to do her job. I have never been treated so poorly by a post office in my life and like I said, I go to the post office daily. The post office up here in Shelby is freaking wonderful! Always asking me if there’s more they can do for me and they love having my business. Hart post office is likewise wonderful and Hesperia workers are hands down the best. If anyone needs another more friendly location, I suggest anywhere except here.

It's been 2 weeks and the mail I sent still hasn't been sent. I don't know if I will be able to go to college this year because what I needed sent in the mail still hasn't gone through. I went to figure it out today, 1 minute late, because I got out of work an hour late, and the girl working sent me away. Never doing this again. This post office is a joke.

The people in the office are nice and helpful, but 5 times I have had to go in to pick up a package that was not delivered. We usually get a slip that says "Tried to deliver, but no one is home." However, out of 5 people, there is always some one here. ...and 2 dogs that alert us if anyone is out front. Still waiting on a package now that was sent almost 2 weeks ago from PA.

Even after I've gone into the post office in person to attempt to resolve this problem, I am still getting my next door neighbors mail, every week, as well as a former resident's mail. If you can't read the mail you're delivering you're in the wrong line of work. I'M NOT A MAIL CARRIER, SO STOP MAKING ME HANDLE OTHER PEOPLE'S MAIL AND DELIVERING IT BACK TO YOU! I've already told you about both of these issues. Fix it. You're ridiculous.
Update: 1-23-19. Two more pieces of mail that are addressed to some house down the road, gleefully mixed in with my mail. So which house is your carrier delivering to? How hard is this job? Seems harder than my job... are you hiring? I can do this job if you pay me. Not sure what to do with this other chaps mail though... get it together, you guys are terrible.

It is a great post office, however being closed from 1 PM to 2 PM makes it a little bit of a hassle. But otherwise it is quick and easy to ship your stuff from there.
