This is the first time I have ever had a problem with this bakery..... First the day of pickup started with a message that it would be ready to pick up on Monday the 24th.... ummm we asked for Saturday the 22nd... Second... wrong colors, didn't follow notes and lastly we call about the cake being messed up and I got told they never had a pick up for my name or my daughter's name.... how do u not have our names when it's written on the box!!! I got pictures that the instructions were not followed and our names our on the box.

They have great prices on dog and cat food so quite often get these here. Their brand of dry cat food in the complete formula is pretty comparable to other more expensive. The gourmet I had to get at store this last time has alot of color to it but needed it that day. The time before I ordered it online and at first they were going to charge for pickup fee which I understand for delivery so I called and was given a credit.of $10 and when it wasn't available for pickup and I didn't want a substitution thwy shipped toe free of charge even though it was under the minimum of $35.

2nd time at this store ... no more!!! Shelves and coolers didn't have items I needed. The store is not clean!!! Grand daughter dropped an item under shelfs, and when I crouched to get it, it was so gross.. a lot of items dropped under the shelfs that weren't retrieved, and there was so much dirt (gross) . Out of site out of mind . I realize stores are understaffed but seriously waiting in line for 30 minutes to check out with cashier. Don't like self check out. Will go back to Whitehall or Fremont.

I was happy to hear they were putting a Walmart in Whitehall, everything out here was outrageous for prices. Unfortunately this Walmart has been a disappointment. Their selection is constantly changing and half the time they don't have what you need. I realize it's a smaller store but they have an excessive amount of certain items where they could put other things. Really hoping they build a Meijer out here soon.
Edit 2023: I'm not sure how, but this place is even worse today than it was 5 years ago. I gave them a break over the pandemic, but there's no excuses now. I appreciate that they employ special needs people, but I can't believe they let them run the place! 100% of the time that you go, there will be at least one item you need that won't be stocked. Basic things too. I'm not talking about some one off ingredient for your asian cuisine. I mean hot dog buns. Frickin Sargento cheese for God's sake. One of my favorites (and one of the most popular cheeses) and they don't carry any of that brand anymore. Just a thousand rows of Great Value and Kraft (three varieties). They have plenty of shelf space and just fill it with 500 of the same items. Zero variety. You have a better chance of finding what you need at the local Dollar General and it's a quarter of the size. I've never been to a worse Walmart. I hope corporate comes out and puts a boot up their ass.

Always clean pleasant shopping experience. Although the staff gives me the feeling I'm a thief the way they watch check and follow customers at self check out!!

Horrible customer service. Personal conversations take precedent at this Walmart over helping customers. A checkout clerk actually got mad cause I asked her if I could pay for my items. She has to I interrupt her gossip with another clerk. Typical for here

Long line for self checkout and not enough cashiers for regular check out. This particular store is not very clean and the parking lot frequently has a lot of garbage on the ground. I go here for the prices, but prefer the Grand Haven or Whitehall Walmart.
