Such a wonderful Post Office! The grounds are beautifully manicured. They take great pride in this office and it shows. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. They have the best stamp collection on their wall.We love our Whitmore Lake Post Office!

I go to this PO at least a couple of times most weekdays to drop off packages from my small business. I have never had any issues with these folks and they've always been friendly and helpful if I had a question or a postal problem with something that I screwed up.

Horrible customer service. Entered at 4:50 and the lady is giving me attitude and extremely unhelpful because it’s “closing time”. I guess they close at 4:50, not 5.

The post office is slow at work. There is always a line and I always end up waiting for about 20-30 minutes just to ship something. Don’t even need the receipt because shopping has been paid for I just need them to scan it and ship it. Really irritating may as well go to the Brighton one which is much quicker with the same size line.
