Auto pay card expired so they just left my garbage at the curb for 3 weeks. I received NO notice. Unacceptable!!!!! Cant even speak to a person...auto message that hangs up. Do not sign up for this company, I recommend using another facility.

Waste Management hung up on me after a 30 minute wait. Chat told me they couldn't help me. When I tried to request help online, it said my email was invalid. The email is correct. Just needed a simple question answered.

This is the sixth week they haven't picked up my trash. Today I've been on hold for over 23 minutes so far to get them to pick it up. The other companies are picking up the trash in my neighborhood, but this company has only picked up my trash when they were supposed to twice. Worst trash service EVER!
