Worst trash recycling company and we had GFL before. They will constantly raise your rates and nickel and dime you for everything. This seems to be a management problem as the workers seem nice but try talking to customer service and they are the worst. Avoid them if you can

Auto pay card expired so they just left my garbage at the curb for 3 weeks. I received NO notice. Unacceptable!!!!! Cant even speak to a person...auto message that hangs up. Do not sign up for this company, I recommend using another facility.

Waste Management hung up on me after a 30 minute wait. Chat told me they couldn't help me. When I tried to request help online, it said my email was invalid. The email is correct. Just needed a simple question answered.
