The place has consistently provided quality packaging and reliable time frames for pork, beef and bratwurst. Easy drop off and pick up help the process. They use a vacuum seal process which helps preserve frozen meat for a longer period of time. The flavor of the pork and the juicy, tasteful bratwurst are amazing and second to none, and the grill cooked meat is well raved by everybody. Very helpful, informative people work there, and customers are highly recommend the place as a hidden gem.

Great people to work with they treat you like family does excellent work on smoking meats and processing can't forget about the eggs they were delicious
