Terry is great. Super nice guy and very knowledgeable. He noticed our floating fireplace had actually been installed incorrectly an suggested how we could have it fixed so it no longer leaks.
Really personable guy, our dog Eddie loved him. It was a pleasure to have him at the house.

We scheduled pretty last minute with Terry of Heritage Chimney Sweeps but he kindly got us into his schedule quickly. After having some water boiler issues, we contacted him to clean out the boiler vents so that it would work more efficiently. Terry did a great job and we found him very knowledgeable. Thank you!

Paid for a cleaning and wasn’t available to be there for the instruction part of regular upkeep and use of our new fireplace. Terry made a special trip back to show us exactly what to do and told us we could call him anytime we had questions once in use. Excellent customer service - would highly recommend!
