Strange experience with door to door representative in my neighborhood. Gentleman rang my doorbell, handed me a pamphlet and began listing Midwest Exteriors services. I mentioned a deck repair I’d been meaning to do and gave him my information. He immediately started questioning me about the origins of my name and bragging about his six figure salary. I really just wanted the guy to leave by that point. Very odd neighborhood canvassing sales tactics.

We did a asphalt roof after waiting for months it finally arrived after 1 month we already have shingles coming off cannot get ahold of anyone.

Our experience has been amazing with this company. The sales team has been amazing and no pressure. The install team was fast and great. My only issue is the lack of attention to detail (could be just my ocd self) plastic was left on the hinges, my locks are all on backwards - and operate that way. We had some issues with our slider but it was handled very quickly and fixed. I will gladly use midwest again when we are ready for a metal roof and windows.

The caller that I had interacted with thought the BBB was there to protect them and not the consumer and wouldn't help us without more personal information that I was willing to share.

We had our roof done last summer. After calling every local company in the Harbor Springs area and not getting calls back we started researching companies. We came across Midwest. Within 2 days of calling them they were here giving us a quote, a month later we had a new roof. It took them 2 days to install and clean up. Super friendly.

As of right now I had a lady named grace that came out she was awesome and very kind and really knew her stuff I will write another review as I am waiting for hopefully good news and even if I get bad news it's ok I would love to try again and have the same person help me next timeSo update I could not get anything done but my recommendation is to anyone is to give this company a try very nice ppl and they will try to work with u or try to help u but if ur looking for a good person to come out and talk to u about any business ask for grace she is so nice and very caring

Tyler was so helpful with explaining the different options for windows that would work best for us. We received updates every two weeks on the progress of our order and arrival of our windows. We scheduled a date in January for the installation of the windows and Juan's team arrived bright and early. They were so efficient in installing the windows that they were done by early afternoon. We are very pleased with the quality and beauty of our new windows. We did not realize how much cold air was leaking into our house until our new windows were installed. We highly recommend Midwest Exteriors for their professionalism and the attention to detail in their workmanship.

Just signed up for some home improvement with these guys. Justin and Jack showed up on time and as scheduled for an estimate, they treated us with utmost respect and professionalism. Offered us a great price on what we needed done. Will be using this company for all our home repair needs.

Our experience was great before and after installation of our exterior door. When we had a quote done, they were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They spent a lot of time with us answering questions and trying to get us the best deal they could. The team that came to install was fast and did an excellent job. Our door looks fantastic and we are really happy with it.

We had Midwest exteriors come out and do an estimate for windows, a sliding door, and a front door. They sent Grace who is very friendly and knowledgeable. She didn’t mind our 100+ lbs dog and was patient as we also were caring for our 2 month old. After looking at and measuring the different projects she gave us a very thorough presentation, that included a slideshow, heat lamp, a variety of tools , and physical samples of windows and doors. She was here for 4 hours walking us through options and steps of the project. She was very professional and honest. We look forward to continuing working with Midwest.
