I came here to fill my propane vapor tanks for concrete polishers. Marianna was sent out to help me and was nothing but rude, disrespectful, and degrading towards me. I politely asked to only fill my tanks to 75%, 15lbs as my machines require that to prevent the propane regulator from freezing. She in a rude manner refused, proceeded to tell me it needs to be filled 100% “by law”. Completely untrue, law to not fill a propane tank 75% of its fill weight?? I informed her that my tank regulator will freeze if it’s completely filled and she said “sir I know what I’m doing”, and “okay sure sir” in a rude manner. How disrespectful, I hope management sees this and addresses mariannas rude attitude towards customers. Now I’m left with full tanks and run the risk of water getting into my motor and freezing my regulators. How hard was it to change the weight to 38lbs rather than 43, let alone have some customer service. Never been the type to leave a bad review but this was an absolute horrible experience, that will greatly affect 10s of thousands in equipment. Beware if you come here to fill vapor tanks for concrete grinders/polishers or any engines running on propane vapor tanks.

My wife and I went to Tractor Supply this afternoon with a long list of items needed to ready our three Tractors for the season. Got a cart and started our search. We were not having much success finding what we needed. Meanwhile 3 or 4 store employees were standing (in their red vests) around the rear service desk chatting with each other. Although they saw us walk past them several times no one offered any help. We left without purchasing anything.

Needed propane tank filled. Normal place I go was closed. Went to Tractor Supply, got propane, paid(a lot) more for propane than I like, but they were open when I needed them.

I ordered a grill online and unfortunately it was damaged in shipping. Online customer service connected me with the Williamsburg store. The grill was too big for me to fit in my car to return and the manager was kind enough to deliver a new one to my home and take the damaged one. They went above and beyond to help resolve this issue all while being extremely helpful and kind! Best customer service I have had in years. I would highly recommend them to anyone as it's rare to see this level of customer service anymore.
