“This was an incredible shop to work with. I had originally taken my car to the dealership to get an estimate for my collision as it was fairly minor, and I was potentially not going to submit an insurance claim. The dealership I have been taking my car to for years for oil changes, tires, etc. refused to look at my car to give me an estimate, even though I would have been taking my car to them for repairs. I ended up contacting Tripp's to see if they could at least give me an estimate even if I was unsure if I would be taking my car to them for repairs. They got me in the same day with no commitments to having repairs done there.
I ended up filing an insurance claim and was able to work with Tripp's for my repairs. They were incredibly kind, helpful, and wanting the best for me and my car. I seriously could not have gotten luckier with going to them. They also covered to cost of my deductible, so after all the repairs I owed nothing! I could not recommend this place enough - they were phenomenal!”

“Ive used Auto Tech for well over the last 13yrs. Whenever I had an issue with any car I had, I was able to bring it in and get it fixed. Jeff and staff have always been kind, prompt, and fair and have taken care of friends and family I have sent their way for business as well. Im a bit disappointed though as I have called several times, and drove by the shop and saw no one there or answers the phone. Have they changed numbers? Have they moved?Services: Oil change”

“So far, so good. Took my Blazer in yesterday for a deer hit repair, everyone has been helpful in getting through the estimate, paperwork, etc. It holiday season, they say about 3 weeks, so thats understandable. They say all parts they know of are in, so hope all goes well as I don't have car rental, and 3 weeks is a long time having to depend on someone for transportation. My brother had work done there, so, will see. Graff is a good name, have good people, now the waiting begins. HAPPY HOLIDAYS to all there. Entering WEEK 3. All good so far. They said 3 weeks, so am waiting, hopefully not much longer, as I am w/o transportation, and my walls are closing in ! LOL Thanks to all involved with this repair”
