“Clean place, good spread in terms of free weights and machines. Wish there was a bit more selection but they are limited in size so there has to be some compromise obviously. Close to home so there's nothing more convenient if you live in or around Williamston most likey. Normally not too busy so only 1 free weight bench isn't normally a problem either. Staff is very friendly, small parking lot (6-8 car) but haven't seen it full yet. Donut shop across the street to replenish that glycogen post-workout ;)”

“Texas driver here. The hospitality and knowledge of this place was incredible. The staff and athletes truly made my workout a great experience. 10 out of 10. Ya’ll come get you some lol.”
“I am located in the middle of this and another location..after moving a few mins closer to the area I made this my home location. This location has many different machines that others in our area do not.. not only do they have the glute machines but they have the actual red light therapy and the cryotherapy which is fantastic! I am very pleased!”
“Great spot! Kind of a hidden gem because there's often only a handful of people at a time and I feel like I always have access to the equipment I want. Good community too.”
“I have been attending High Five Fitness for Crossfit for about a month. I have found the gym to be very accessible. The coaches are knowledgeable and very encouraging - even providing personal advice in the group courses. The program adapts to your individual strength and skill level. The student strengths and ages are spread across a wide range so you should not feel any intimidation. If you want to improve the quality of the last 10 years of your life, get in to High Five and get in shape.”
