I love this store. Yes, some of the prices are a bit high, but that is the way it is everywhere. I have remodeled my small home with many things from here. The workers are very friendly and have helpful ideas for your projects.

I have never seen such a terrible store. They have ample amounts of furniture and home goods with prices more absurd than antique stores. The last time I was there was in April and since visiting today many of the items are still there. They have marked up items based on eBay values and are sitting in them. People have donated these items in hopes of helping people only for this store to resell them at a premium for their own benefit. It breaks my heart to know people who go in there desperate for cheap items must be turned away by the employees need for money. Sure some things are worth that but they came to you FREE, do better habitat.

Prices have gone sky high, for what they charge you are better off shopping at Menards or Home Depot. Will definitely NOT be wasting my time or gas stopping at this store again!!!

Habitat For Humanity Restore in Lansing and Williamston belong to the same boss, they are the WORST! A FOR-PROFIT store, they see people ask for different prices, When we have a family's house is in urgent need of repairing the windows in the last cold winter, the office woman says "Wait until 2024 or 2025", Another family house roof is leaking in this summer, we called them, the office woman said "wait to 2025 maybe", so we asked the woman, where are you using the money? can you list your projects which you said you are helping on your website? - She said "It's not your business, we are using the money!! "-- Hi, is it a NON-profit company? you guys take donations but not helping people in such an urgent need of help?? You are a cheating donor!! ---DO NOT DONATE ANYTHING TO THIS STORE!!They sell your donation more and more expensive, making more and more money but DON"T help families in such urgent need of help!!

They have a lot of great items. Especially if you're going out on your own without a ton of money to spend. Very reasonably priced, good quality items.

The best habitat resale store in Michigan, in my opinion, great quality furniture and knick knacks at fair prices .

The sign that indicates where to drop off donated items is not very clearly understood. When I drove around the side the person working the receiving area didn't know about the sign and when I mentioned it he gave me a mystified look.

well organized and clean. Friendly staff. But hard to find helpful home improvement products. They have a better selection of used furniture now.

Used to live coming here looking around for that thing you never knew you needed.. now the prices are out of control its for the people that can't afford new nice stuff. But this place have lost their way supposed to help the community. Not take every dime they have.. it's all donations and the prices look like it's for new items.. wow. Come on.
