DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! THIS OFFICE HAS CREATED A TAX NIGHTMARE - still waiting on my 2021 taxes because they have had to undo all of Carter's mistakes.I had a daughter in 2021, after being separated from my ex for quite some time, but was still legally married when she was born due to courts moving very slow from COVID. I could not get a social security number until the divorce was finalized, and I called to make sure I would be okay for taxes, and she told me not to worry, that we can throw it on when I get it and file then and everything would be fine.Then the time came, and turns out I lost $1800 because she was wrong - there is a deadline, and I had past it. She claimed she had no knowledge of the previous conversation. My partner was sitting next to me and heard the entire thing - and it was 100% the same person. This is just 1 example of the horrendous communication from this office.She was misinformed, and nearly caused a discharge in my bankruptcy because she said my taxes were filed, when they were not, then when we tried to submit again, she never followed up to let me know they were rejected causing a huge delay. She was negligent to a point where there were so many errors, she was over $3000 off in her calculations.Then, after having several horrid experiences with the office staff, as well as herself, coincidentally someone had filed a tax return in my maiden name, with my grandmother's address (something that can be easily found on google), claiming my income as "$0". I have no proof it was her, and I am not by any means saying it is, but I think it is REALLY fishy that the year after having this horrible experience, someone tried to sabotage my taxes.

The team at H&R Block Williamston is amazing! They are timely with scheduling and following up on appointments and quick in processing my tax information.I was in and out in 15min! After working with this team for the past 3 years, I highly recommend that you consider them to be your new tax professionals!!

I just got a call to confirm an appointment that I did not make. This is at least the second year I can remember where they (or their system) have done this. It's really bad form and misleading. I stopped going here after they made mistakes on my taxes on more than one occasion, and this auto-appointment issue put me over the top to now want to leave this review. I recommend going elsewhere.

Open 2 days a week and you just now got my girlfriends taxes done. Then you ask her to bring in her 2020 taxes because, "you need a reference" you should have it all on record. How do you even keep a business afloat when you're only open 2 days a week?

This year we had an out of state estate closure to deal with and it was over whelming for us to do on our own. Next year we may do our own on line as it should be much simpler, but we may not too. It depends on whether or not we want to take the time to do it ourselves or not.

I really hope you post this. My review is ad NEGATIVE as is your follow up help. I filed 2019 and 2020 returns at the same time. I have received all my refunds except federal 2019 refund which is supposed to include my $600 stimulus check. I have called H & R Block and they are unwilling to help me find out what the problem is. At this point I can not recommended H&R Block to anyone and will do give a very bad recommendation. This is the only time in all the years I have used them that I have needed anything from them and they are definitely not there for me. I highly suggest you going somewhere else for your income tax needs. They do not back up their work.
