Getting our car fixed was like a comedy of errors until we went to Sam! He was flexible with our chaotic schedule and went out of his way to make sure our car was in tip-top shape. His prices were more than reasonable and his customer service is unmatched! He never made me feel bad for not knowing something about my car, but gave me more knowledge to keep informed. We'll definitely be using him in the future and referring him to friends!

Had an emergency and Sam helped me navigate my problem through the phone to get to his shop. He then quickly diagnosed the problem and squeezed me in so I can be on my way home for Christmas. Great service great guy!

I took my truck in there a while back, because the rear axle needed service. What surprise me when they called me, there was a whole list of things that they found that were wrong. The thing that bugged me about it was that I didn't ask them to look at those things. That's typical of small repair shops to tell you you need this and that and the other in an effort to drum up more business. if I wanted them to look at those things, I would've asked them to. I will say that the work was done quickly and the people were friendly. I will also say that the prices are reasonable. I will go back to them, but I will make sure I tell them specifically what I want

I've dealt with many mechanics (gotta love Chrysler) and Sam's Auto is by far the best. He actually finds what's wrong with your car. Take your vehicle to him!

Sam gives it to you straight and doesn't push a bunch of work you don't need but will let you know and let you decide.Never had a problem with his work.Long drive is worth the savings for my family.

The single best mechanic I have ever been to.Honest, straight-forward guy that really wants the best for you and your vehicle.
