Disgusting policies in place. Bought 17 chicks and within 3 days, 4 are dead and one is on the brink of death. We aren't new to chicks, they are properly cared for with appropriate environment. Tractor supplies response, they only have a 24 hour replacement policy. They are buying sick stock from hatcheries, selling them off and after 24 hours it's no longer their problem. For the amount of money I spend there regularly, and go ahead management, check my rewards account and see what I've spent just this year alone. These policies are costing them alot more then the replacement cost of chicks in the long run. After the way they handled this, I'll never do business with them again. 24 hours is barely enough time to realize the chicks are sick, and by the time they are dead, you are out of the return window. This isn't an isolated incident either, it seems like it's a statewide issue with TSC receiving and selling sick birds, and they don't care. As long as they can profit, it's all good right? The problem stems from the hatcheries themselves, but it becomes a TSC issue when they are the ones enforcing these policies knowing 24 hours is NOTHING.

Traveling the US with an RV. This place had bulk propane to fill up our rig. Some Tractor Supply locations do not. Recommend for that. And very friendly service. While filling..there is always something to buy inside, too!! Fun stores they are!

Ordered a snowblower, showed up damaged, rejected snowblower, ordered another snowblower, looked ok in box....brought home, frame bent in shipping thus wheel frozen and clutch stuck open, called customer service have 3rd snowblower on order. at this point Im curious how Manny snowblowers I will have to order to get one that isn't broke.

Kuddos to Store Manager, Ian Buckley! Right after buying one of their great heavy flannel shirts at this store, one of the buttons broke in half. I didn't want the offered replacement shirt--only the buttons-- in case it happened again. After speaking with Ian, I soon received a whole set of the exact buttons and also a gift card. Now that's what customer service is. Thanks so much Ian.

One of the best locations. Staff is very friendly. Only bad thing is I feel like the new manager needs more training on how to deal with customers and how to treat his staff better in front of customers. Get rid of Ian and bring back the other guy. Until then I’m sorry to keep it at 2 stars
